Cutting cycle
Products were great no nasty side effects. Tren shots were a little painful defiantly need to switch to new spot after each time. After reading up on the effects of the trek I added winstrol every third week in replace of the tren to regain my wind and Bump up my cardio in that week.
Sorry for the confusion guys I'll clean it up. Tried typing it up on my tablet only to be frustrated.
I am on week 7 as of Sunday 12/20. Decided to go with super test Due to it's been 1 year since my last cycle and last time I was in the gym. I was in an accident last Nov and had severe back pains. So going with super test to help boost me mentally and help keep my size and not loose to much weight while Cutting.
Daily Diet, train 2 days on 1 day off,
Training days
430 am. 1 wheat bread with 1tbls peanut butter.
430-630 am 2 Hour work out.
7am. 4 egg whites + 2 egg omlette with small slice of Colby cheese, chopped peppers & handful of fresh spinach.
11 am 8 oz grilled chicken breast
2pm small snack. Either a applesauce or yogurt with a banana
6pm 16 oz grilled chicken or 12oz of beef. With noodles and sauce.
8pm 15 grams of isolate whey shake.
Off days
6am 2 cups instant oats mixed with 1 tbls peanut butter and 1 cup blueberries.
11am 8 oz grilled chicken breast in a spinach wrap with handful fresh spinach.
2pm snack Either a applesauce or yogurt with a banana
6pm 16 oz chicken or 12oz beef (faijitas,burgers,grilled, or with noodles in a sauce)
8pm 15 grams of isolate whey shake.

Updated photos and the table for some reason it wasn't looking the way I thought it was it is mushed together when I hold my phone up but straightens out when sideways. I'm open for advice and respect there are a lot of you that have a lot more hands on experience. I have a 4 years of learning hands on and doing research this is not my first cycle. I started at 175lbs and 5-6% body fat (looking like a marathon runner with massive thighs). Before my accident I was 240 and around 13% body fat. I don't think I bit off more then I can chew with this cycle. I will respect and would like to hear your guys thoughts and advice on what you would have changed/deleted/added or what u would suggest I change to finish out the cycle and pct.
RustyhookerYour prior posted pix were not 6% bodyfat. You had absolute no base muscle whatsoever which, is why folks jumped in here quick. You clearly should have posted prior to starting.
Suggest you post your pct. No brands...IS IT PHARMA or UGL?
Do you have HCG? Where's your prolactin control?
The 6% was 5 years ago I do not know what my %was when starting this cycle. Both pct are balkan
2.5mg of bromo for prolactin control once a day after Week 5 increased to 5mg.
There's not much we can do for you at this point. Id drop the tren and the teat dose to 500mg and finish up after week 9 and get your pct in order. Your main concern now is recovery.
Research the forums or start a thread about your diet and we'll help you get the most out of your daily nutrition to cut.

so you were taking 10-20mg of winstrol daily and then every third week you would bump it up to 75mg and then go back down to 10-20. Curious to your reasoning behind that?
I've only been taking winstrol on the third & sixth. Week and will again on the 9th
strombafort is winstrol and it is listed every week of the cycle just jacked up every 3 weeks.
I've cycled with tren before and felt drained after my 6th or 7th exercise so I added oral while injecting tren in hopes to increase my endurance and not be drained. The every third week winstrol is from my past experience with tren, after the 3rd week with tren I damn near would have to stop and catch my breathe trying to walk up a flight of stairs. Would you suggest something different?
Never used tren, other than mtren, so I really have no suggestions on how to combat the lethargy or impacts to cardio since I didn't experience it . I have never heard of people using winnie to improve cardio though.
You never heard of winny for cardio because not many people are hitting a treadmill or exercise bike with dried out joints (one of the main sides people complain about on winny). The guy has good intentions but the cycle is all over the place. Like Vike said earlier...he should pin those ears back and listen to you guys. There's nothing more for me to add that you gentlemen haven't said already. And please brother, do these guys a favor and post a pic of your abs that you got WITHOUT tren and WITH proper nutrition. Cardio is probly the wrong word for me to use. An example I've experienced with winstrol is with out winstrol only being able to train and be exhausted after 45 mins or with it training for 2 hours and still having energy/drive

Irrespective of the result you don't have a decent base built and you're running tren. Lazy.
I don't know what others are feeling about all this but the cycle is shit and way to much for your condition. The diet sucks ass also! Your face is in all the pics..all around retarted here.
You have zero knowledge how to cut properly but you are on drugs that a man with years of experience in diet and physique would take. Rethink your whole approach here cause you are missing alot of muscle and knowledge.

Looks as though the pct is immediately run after cycle is completed without waiting for the test to clear. I could be wrong on the layout cause I'm on my phone and the layout is odd.
Never the less the diet is so far off. I've seen runway models with a better plan.
Not only will the shitdown be nasty but whatever gains were made will quickly slip away without a base and the lack of nutritional knowledge.

Theses are before photos 5 weeks before I started my cycle. I conditioned at the gym for 5 weeks and got my diet in order before starting my cycle. I'm currently in week 7 of the cycle and will post current photos tonight.
Are these pics current? (on this cycle) or from years ago......... im confused here, are you seriously running all that gear in that condition.

Quite embarrassing that it appears cosigned as well. Another reason cycle logs should be eliminated. Dudes already in week 7.....YOLO!!!

Week 7. Up top your acting like its over. Your lay out could have used more thought and as far as a cutting cycle supertest would be used more for bulking.. you have np pct down, no ai down or diet.
Sounds like this cycle is over and done with already?
I am confused too.
