Description, concerns and expectations

Here is my stat:

Age 27
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 187 lbs
BF%: 16-20%

my diet plan
breakfast: 2 whole eggs,4 egg white. 45g casein.
lunch: 250g lean meat ,Oat meal 80g,Some vegetables.
Pre workout :Hydroxy cut 2caps,L-carnitine 4g.
Post workout meal: protein 60g,Whole wheat bread 200g.
dinner: 250g lean meat ,Oat meal 80g,Some vegetables.
multi vitamins,fish oil,calcium and bcaa 15g every day.

This cycle object will be a Cutting.
MIX2 4ml contain 300mg TrenA,400mg MastP,300mg TestPP.
MastP 1ml contain 100mg MastP.

my target is 10% bf and 190lbs.

My training will be 7 days a week ,twice per day,

10-11am Bodybuilding training
7-9pm Bodybuilding training plus 45-50mins aerobic.

5 days a row: LEGS,Calves/Back/Pec/Arms/Shoulder. no rest day, just repeat.

The last cycle is TestE/MastE/DHB/Tbol,12wks.

Diet needs to be on point and 7days a week 2a day gym ? lol you'll burn yourself out...I get shredded with one 20min fasted cardio session am and one 20pm session with weights for 45min 5days a week max...getting cut has literally nothing to do with AAS or killing yourself in the gym.diet,diet,diet some weights and cardio and you'll get there.. Rome was not built over night and if it was everybody would be huge,and shredded wich 97.9% of ppl nvr will be either

All you need to do is have a good diet and make sure you were in a calorie deficit. You do not need any gear to drop the weight you're looking to lose. I'm your exact height and trust me if I was a small is you the last thing I would do is run gear to lose more weight. And you're goal is to drop 10% body fat and then add 15 pounds of lean muscle on the same cycle? All you need to do is drop your body fat naturally, and then add 10 pounds of muscle naturally and then worry about running a cycle to put on more.

Your goal for this cycle is to drop 6-10% bf and gain like 15-20lbs (off top of my head) of LBM...or is that an overall target?

I agree with the guys below, keep working on that diet to get the body fat down. What happened to a plane simple test only cycle. You can work magic keeping it simple if your diet and training are on point. with that being said I think you can accomplish a lot with out using anything at the moment.

Looking at your pics it looks like you have a shit ton of promo gear to use up but trying to do that with this cycle is looking like bad news. Running a cycle to cut from 20% BF is never a good idea and that mix of compounds is totally unnecessary. How many cycles have you ran?

Supermax hit on it pretty good.

You should cut without anything and get yourself a little leaner and then bulk for 6-12 months with lots of foods that make the body grow and heavy weight sessions. The 5 days in a row is too much to make significant gains muscle wise. There is no way you're gonna make 190 cut with your plan here. Soinds like you want it all now. Don't we all but it doesn't work like that.

You have no business running tren with your bf and lack of a thick muscular base.

Why do you want to add more Mast when your rip blend has 300mg in it?
Your going to need to add some Saw Palmetto in there to protect your prostate from all the Angrogens.
Caber or Prami will be necessary for all the Tren you plan on using.
You may want to add a good block of standardized cardio, it will be tough being your on so much tren.
Get bloods done prior!!
You need to watch your lipid values carefully here!!
In my honest opinion the hormone lvls you are planning on using don't make the most scene. More is not always better. In this case I think it's going to add up to a lot of unwanted side effects.
