Cut fat, while adding quality muscle weight, with minimal water retention. goal is to lose fat and add muscle, looking to hold steady at 190lb. 10-12% bf goal . Running test prop at 75mg ED

PCT using sarms, they work to keep loses to a minimal , I keep clomid doses low, no point in running that stuff so high makes you feel like crap, the point is to control estrogen not wipe it out. Farestos is hard to find and kind of expensive, but its worth it . Will post pics soon . Oh yea already posted this on forums, under steroid cycles, made a few changes though.

Lose the fat first and then use the cycle to build muscle. You are trying to do too much at once here.

Lol use steroids to gain 5 pounds. Are you kidding me? Your diet will dictate that small change not the drugs. You have high hopes and you will be dissappiinted.

While I do understand why you would say that.

The human body has three fuel sources
1.carbohydrates
2.adipose or Fat
3.muscle
When one fuel source is used up your body moves on to the next for fuel, It is possible to burn fat while simultaneously building muscle, difficult but possible. So what I am looking to do is lose 10lbs of body fat and gain 10-15lbs of muscle, holding me steady at 195- 200lb. So If I keep my carbs to a minimal, my body will begin to burn fat only. All the while I am keeping protein intake high, and of course aas increases muscle protein synthesis.

But I know your right makwa, its just hard to have gear sitting right here and not use it. I will heed your advice, and lose the body fat first it will be easier on my body in the long run.
