Hi there, i just need to know if i am doing everything safely for the first time.
Got myself some gear, ancillaries and pct, all pharma.
Stats;
Age: 31
Weight 99kg
Length: 184cm
BF: 11.9%
Here is my layout;
Testosterone enanthate 500mg/week 1-12
Hcg from week 4 to 12, 500 iu a week split into 2 dose
Arimidex from week 4, 0.25 mg every day up until a day before pct
PCT 15 days after last test shot
PCT Layout;
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

looks like a good first cycle... just watch the AI not everybody needs AI and since your dosage is not high just watch for sins that your estro has crashed ... then adjust the ai as needed..
I was planning on taking bloods 4 weeks in to check estrogen

your welcome its nice to see your not rushing into this..if you eat right and train hard you will make tremendous gains off your first cycle... just remember to continue training hard and eating big after your cycle ends so you will keep most of your gains and recover

I just filled my stats in the log
6'2 at 220 and 12% bf.
It sure is refreshing to see somebody whose pretty close to their natural potential. And on top of that you chose a safe cycle!
My only critique- no wait, comment, is that you may want to start your arimidex one week in when the test begins to be active, and dose it at EOD until you get bloods and find your sweet spot. Hcg isn't necessary on such a simple cycle, but it's gonna keep your testes working.
+2, I'm going to save this and reference it at times when I see new guys doing nonsense.

I would say don't pct until 21 days or after I started mines after 25 days and it was just right just my 2cents
