Yeah..we cut it out two weeks out maybe should have been earlier. Ended up holding water on stage but that was a diet issue last minute.
I like it, nice and simple. Diet and hard work is what's gonna get you in shape, not a bunch of gear. Some prop and winny will get you hard dry and looking great. Everyone thinks they need a boatload of shit for prep. If you're not competing at a very high level you don't need much more then some prop and an oral. Good luck
But what is your pct? You say Adex protocol, it should be much more then adex, not sure Adex should even be run during pct, aromasin is the better choice. Standard nolva clomid is needed.
I would prefer running Aromasin too. But maybe he has opted for Alex because aro is on the list of doping agents? From what I remember & everything I have read Adex is not on that list due to a poor binding affinity to proteins so it doesn’t lower SHGB as effectively & raise free test. Maybe he is worried about testing positive for PED’s. Or coach J is just old school? I wouldn’t risk the chance of E2 rebounding. I don’t think he’s talking about running adex through pct but he will need some Ai for the HCG he’s planning on dosing for a test/winstrol cycle.
It would be good to see how he is planning to administer his PCT
Never used Pharma grade asin but I didn't like the effects from lab aromasin as I'm pretty sure I completely killed my estro the last time. Actually ran adex throughout the cycle, .5mg EOD no sides but I just did what I was told.

How much Aromasin were you running for it to crash you estrogen levels? What UGL aro did you use?
If it's Adex just during the cycle then I think that's fine. For whatever reason the majority of people use Adex during prep, up to 2mgs ed with letro. I'm not sure how much aromasin one would have to take for the same effect, 50mgs ed lol? Aromasin personally doesn't keep me as dry as Adex o whatever reason. When I first started running gear I used aromasin, but switched to Adex on my 3rd or 4th cycle and have never went back. It's a lot cheaper too, a 1mg pill can easily last me 2 weeks.
2mgs ed and letro!? Jesus they must feel like absolute garbage.
I run 25mg aro split 12.5mg am & 12.5mg pm. I have had gyno & had surgery for it. That hasn’t changed the fact that I am E2 sensitive. I keep letro on hand just in case. But rarely have to use it. But the best thing I like about Aromasin is there is no E2 rebound.
I have no idea how much aro that would be an equivalent of in adex & letro. I feel like I would get sick if I took 50mg aro in one day.
