Winstrol - 6 weeks out 50mgs
Anavar - 10 weeks out 50mgs
Maybe Proviron but I was never a big fan of to much dam gear. So any input on that would be awesome
Will be doing cardio on the regular and then 8 weeks out start doing fasted cardio.
Starting 6 weeks out I'll be carb cycling.

As time go fats will be adjusted as needed

7 days out 4200 to 2100
6 days out do 1050
5,4,3 days out 525
2,1 days out keel it as low as possible
7,6,5 days out go from 200 to 100

1 day out goes off depending If I look flat or spillover (fingers crossed)

Assuming this is your carb load phase.
Pretty much your tried and true prep cycle...test/mast/tren. Should take you pretty much where you need to go. There are some things that I would probably do different with the orals. I haven't really been able to get much out of var any more, maybe I just don't respond well to it anymore. If it works for you great, keep it in there then. Supposedly helps with burning off the brown adipose fat, but who really knows. The winni.....yuck. Couple that with crashed estro and holy hell, you are going to feel like shit. I would personally drop it. I would rather sub it for Halo those last 2-3 wks. Better hardener anyway and you will need something to give you the energy to at least get off the couch and especially to make it to the gym. Halo fits that bill for me. But if winni works for you instead roll with it. I wouldn't be adding halo on top of everything else though. Roll with the peak weak prep strategy and you should be good to go.
What do you have planned for crashing estro? Have you used adrol before? mtren?
Haven't really ran winstrol before. This is my first go around on my prep bro. Yea I've heard awesome things about halo. Seeing that 20mg is more then enough for my body. I'm debating on switching it. Do you think 20mgs is a good amount for the last 3 weeks?

I wish I could help you out but I don't have any contest experience and I don't want to tell you something that would jeopardize that.
I do notice that you drop the tren at wk 5 I would have thought that the tren would have stayed in longer.
I love Proviron and it does help with hardening but your running mast so you don't need anymore dht in there.

That was a mistake just fixed it. Running tren and mast all the way and cutting my test at 2 weeks put bro. I'm going to do that according to how I look and if it's needed. I'm big on always running test.

I'm 13 weeks out and my size 30 jeans are fitting kind of loose lol I'm excited for the package I'll be bringing. Goal is to do classic but depending how I'm looking I'll do that or physique.
