Bulking Cycle - Require Feedback....

Guys,

Apologies if I did not placed the cycle log properly, since I am new here :-)

I would need your feedback about my bulking 8 Weeks EOD Cycle

This is my 3rd Cycle

Consist:
Npp - Tpp - Anastrozole - Hcg - Clomiphen - Tamoxifen

Begin 4 Days: Only Tpp 50mg Each (200mg)
MON - WED - FRI - SUN

WK 1. (For 2 Weeks)
Npp 350mg (50mg each) -
Tpp 455mg (65mg each) -

WK 1 - 8
Anastrozole 1mg EOD

WK 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Npp 455mg (65mg each) -
Tpp 560mg (80mg each) -

Last 4 Weeks: (5, 6, 7, 8)
Hcg 500 IU (once a Week)

WK 9. Finish By:
Only Tpp 50mg Each (200mg)
MON - WED - FRI - SUN

WK 10. PCT (For 3 Weeks)
Day 1 - 14
Clomiphen 50mg (Daily)
Tamoxifen 20mg (Daily)

Day 15 - 21
Clomiphen 25mg (Daily)
Tamoxifen 10mg (Daily)

Dude I know it’s not what you wanted or hoping to hear, but if you will take the advice & research some more on diet, excercise & AAS you will thank yourself later. I can’t recommend any cycle for you at all right now my friend.

Yes I do blood test very often, before and after cycles...

Last one was good, only had thyroid low but assuming since I were on low carb diet after the cycles to shred belly fat without steroids obviously

Mate,

I was handle through nutrition in my country on both of Cycles.

Before 1St cycle I did 3 months on only test booster tablets, sorry If I didn't mentioned.

This time I want to go with some low dosage to have lean gains andtry to stay away from water retention.

But as I planned the cycle, what do you think mate?

what were your stats before and after your 2nd cycle?

1St Cycle 60 to 71kg

2nd cycle 66.1 to 71.9kg

so @ 5'6, 31yrs

1st cycle.. 1300mg to 1500mg of test for 12 weeks
132lbs ---> 156lbs ... gain of 24lbs

2nd cycle... 900mg to 1000mg of test for 8 weeks
145lbs ---> 158lbs ....gain of 14lbs

3rd cycle... almost 1000mg for 9 weeks.
145lbs ----> new weight

Not to be a debbie downer bro, but your 1st two cycles were way overkill and your second cycle was probably too short for enanthates.

how long have you been working out before your 1st cycle? 132lbs to start a cycle with is really light, even for 5'6 guy.

Great articles very appreciate that....

As I have looked at it carefully, most of them I was already aware especially the side effects as I have experienced some of them on the previous cycles.

I know my first cycle was a bit heavy since supposedly used only testosterone, (used testosterone booster tabs before cycle)
But since I was guided by a nutritionist, I didn't pretend that he went further that supposed to be, so wasn't my mistake at all. (he has 16 yrs Exp in this industry so)the second cycle was through him as well, and I wasn't surprised with the result (first cycle I was more impressed with the result)

But I am no longer follow his advice for quit long time. I am more focus on the net like forums here what people suggest on their experiences, etc etc...

But now I am trying to create a good cycle to make sure I will get most from it...

But before I wish you to judge on my current bulking diet, if I am eating enough to grow.

Now I am under another nutritionist which he does not like aas at all...

But still I want somebody to comment on my diet to make sure I am walking in the right direction...

(everybody learn from mistakes)

The important thing is that to avoid to repeat them especially in this industry)

IMHO the cycle that he recommended for you was probably the cycle he was using. Taking Anabolics is like drinking out with friends, you do not SLAM a bottle of vodka the first time you go out and drink. You drink a few beers and check what your tolerance is. Smile Listen to peoples opinions, but at the end of the day, make an educated decision based on research and facts. That also applies to this comment.

Each individual is unique, my workout and diet will definitely be different from yours as we probably don't have the same body type, metabolism, test levels etc etc etc... When I was in your situation (again, this is what I would do based on ME), I changed my diet to fit my fitness goals. I did a stupid cut before and was significantly weaker and smaller after the cut, I had to consume around 2500-3500cals and changed my macros accordingly to bulk up. I also changed my training from a standard body building routine to a strength type training and used progressive overloading to bulk up to a decent weight. And that was without anabolics.

Correct me if I'm wrong, you have a problem gaining strength and size at 145lbs right? I would strongly suggest hold off on the cycle and change your diet and workout first. If you consume enough calories for growth you will break your plateau easy. Try to monitor your weight and physique properly, so you can adjust your calories accordingly. You do not want to end up fat after a bulk. How long before you get close to your natural potential depends on your diet, workout ethics and genetics.

This would be a good checklist before taking anabolics
1. Size and strength natural potential on its limits.
2. Diet is 100% on point based on goals
3. Mental and physical health is OK, based on blood work and doctor's opinion
4. Workout is on point based on goals. Consistency is a must
5. Realize the risk of taking anabolics, you could end up on TRT for life even with a good PCT.
6. Has done extensive research!!!

IF your really want to run a cycle AT THIS POINT, I would suggest go on a beginner's cycle. take note the side effects on the compound and dosage that you are using. This will help you calculate your next cycle, based on the gains/side effects you had from the previous ones.

Thanks for detailed reply.

Regarding weight, I don't think I have a problem to gain, I have noticed that When I eat more than I should or eat Like kebab or pasta, the weight is easy to gain, even fat in my belly I notice that. Few weeks ago I had low thyroid since I was on Low carb diet because I never had any problems with thyroid before. But doctor gave me levatroxine and now from 10.29 went to the normal to 12.93 but still there is more to increase it. Maximum is 18

Diet has been changed a week ago, I am under new nutrition and I am increasing weights at the gym from workout to the other. I keep track and wrote down every weight on every exercise so I will make improvements and I am happy of that. Even noticed that chest is growing, but I never believed that it can grow naturally...

your diet seems to be OK, about 3000-3200cals... Again, if you are not growing as you should based on your weight/strength levels, you might want to change up your training approach or even diet. I cannot recommend anything specific as what works for me, might not work for you. The only thing I can give you advice of is BE CONSISTENT, TRAIN HARD SLEEP WELL AND EAT RIGHT!. Good luck on your journey brother!

So before consider any aas, wait until I see some improvements based on my diet / training

Because you said If plan for an aas, start by the beginning, means only testosterone? Even I used to use other compounds before ? due to Npp helps to bulk up

I’m not trying to be a jerk mate. I only asked because I don’t see a DA. I’d never run a 19 nor without at least having it on hand in case it’s needed. Your first 2 cycles were very ill advised & dangerous my friend. Who advised these cycles & what type of research did you do before you started them? 1 cycle should be nothing but test.... always! 2nd cycle was way too short to accomplish anything with using long esters & it should have been test only. You’re very fortunate to have made it through those cycles with no severe sides. My suggestion would be no cycle until further research is done. We’re all here to help & you can pm us anytime with questions, but I would cancel the cycle plan for now. Have you had bloods recently to check everything?
