STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

28 year old 6.2" height and around 110 kilos.
i have run numerous cycles in the past with deca, boldenone, trenbolone, masterone, all forms of test except suspension.
In orals i have run dianabol, anadrol, winstrol, anavar and clenbuterol

my calories will be over 4000 while on this bulk, I will try to push for 4500-4800 calories

my workout will be each muscle twice a week. will work out 5 days a week

Usuaully dont have any deca or tren issues but bought cabergolin to be safe. will use it if needed

As Dacky said below at 110kg, (240lbs), you'll need more calories. You're a big boy, don't short change yourself on food.

Besides the training point below which is spot on you're going to need to look at your diet.

Harris Benedict puts you at around 4000 calories per day just to maintain. As you want to bulk you will need to be at 5000 from the start and then ratchet up as your weight increases.

Plans to run bloods and amend adex dose and start caber (if needed) once you know estro and prolactin levels? Probably best to do this week 6/7 when dbol has cleared and deca is kicking. Maybe worth running again week 12.

First thing that pops out to me is your over working your muscles when your bulking.. There is no need to work each one out twice a week hit each one super heavy and hard because even when your working out different grounds your still hitting them indirectly.. You will have much better results this way remember you grow when you rest and eat not in the gym
