Description, concerns and expectations

13%bf as of now I believe that I will be 11-12% when I start this cycle.
I plan on running what is supposed to be the best bulking cycle. Im going to use sustanon 250mgs original blend pharma grade with Nandrolone Decanoate 200mgs some pharma grade some ugl.
I am putting this up to get some feedback on the mgs I should use. I want to run it as a heavy bulk if I put on 30-40lbs im good im just going to cut hard after and let the gains i made come out. I was looking to run 750mgs of sust 250mgs 3x a wk with 600mgs of Nandrolone Decanoate 200mgs 3x a wk. I will add dbol or Anadrol im pushing more towards the Anadrol. I wouldrun the Anadrol at 25mgs 2x a day or maybe even 20mg 2x a day. If it were dbol I would just use20mg- 30mg pre-workout this is how I have run mydbol and it has been the best way for me. I will also use Proviron 50mgs a day split or up to 100mgs a day split it depends on how much water and how my bloods turn out. I will be using aromasin as my ai I have only needed to start aromasin around wk 5-6 when I start my hcg but I believe that I will be running it starting wk 3 and at 12.5 eod. I know some are going to say I should take it ed split but I have tried this and it was the only time I ever crashed my estrogen. I take Proviron and it can keep my estro down so eod is what I will do. I of course will adjust once blood work is done. I will also be running pharma caber at .5 2x a wk this is a good dose i have extra just Incase I need to take it higher. I run hcg for the last 8wks at 500iu e5d right up until pct starts i also run my Proviron and aromasin right up until I start my pct is a pharma grade standard protocol of Clomiphene and Nolvadex.
So my question to the community is do I run at 750mgs on the sust and 600mgs on the Nandrolone Decanoate. Im torn on this i think that I should run 500mgs on the sust and 300mgs on the decca. I want to get the most out of the compounds last time I ran sust was a longtime ago and I ran it at 500mgs. I had good results i believe that I could have had better if I had eaten like I do now this is where im hesitant to run at 750mgs. I could run at 500mgs less sides and just run my better diet that I eat now to achieve the gains or do you guys think that now that I have more cycles under my belt its time to take it up to 750mgs and eat a great diet and reap the rewards.
Now on the decca I will be honest I see 600mgs as a lot I think that 400mgs a wk will be enough. I have never used Nandrolone with the deconate ester only as npp and I run npp at 450mgs a wk. This is another spot where I would like some opinions is decca better suited at 600mgs or at 400mgs in this cycle. Im not using it for justjoint relief im running it to achieve the growth that I want to achieve in this bulk. Which do you guys believe would be the better way to run it?
My diet is
Protein 300mgs-400mgs I have trouble getting 400mgs down every day so minimum is 300mgs but there are days that only get 250mgs +
Fats usually in the area of 60-70g
Carbs fluctuate I will take in on some days as much as 200grams but I don't usually get that much I eat alot of protein. Carbs are mainly my vegetables and I use alot of tortillas and wraps in my diet. There are of course other foods that I get carbs from but carbs and fats usually just surround my protien intake. I would say that 150g is closer to reality.
My training is 5 days a week full routine and 2 days a week with a light routine. I will use my heavy days rotating muscle groups and my light days to fill in the areas in which I believe need more work. As an example my light days lately have been my forearms and my core.
I would really like to hear from guys that can tell me how there cycle of sust and decca went and how they ran it. I would also like to hear any feedback on the numbers which I plan on running. Also if anyone believesthat my diet needs to be changed for this cycle im very interested in that I always believe that the diet is what makes the cycle.
I wanted to add 2 more options that I was thinking about.
1 is should I kickstart the cycle with 300mgs a wk of npp for the first 3wks while the decca is getting into my system. I have been kickstarting my cycles with test prop so I was wondering if anyone has ever tried kickstarting with npp.
2 is i have a vial of mast prop what does everyone think about using the mast prop for the last 20 days at 100mgs eod. Does anyone think that this would be beneficial or just a waste.
