3-4 days high intensity workout is what I do now but will start getting in there at least 5x/week

High protein/low carb is not a recipe for gaining strength and size. That would be a diet structured more for cutting. High protein/high carb would be better suited strength and size gains.
You are only working out 3-4 days/wk?
Hey sounds right, I guess I will up my carbs and yes at the moment it is mon,wens,fri and most of the time sat. I will try and get in at least 5days a week. What would you recommend?
Richard.SimmonsWish I could gain 15lbs of solid muscle in 12 weeks ? I would change things up to 6 days a week with atleast 240g of protein. It's harder than everyone thinks to consume a lot of protein. 5 meals a day is a lot of work for 12 weeks + a shake. Looking at this I would bump it down to 3 meals a day with 1 shake. Get a good base going than see where your at ?
I know its a little out there but a man can wish but in all reality I know it wont be 15lbs of solid muscle but Im hoping to put on good strength and size and yes I'm willing to give 3 meals and 1 shake a try, thanks for your input much obliged
Richard.SimmonsHere's the thing make goals and set them. There's nothing wrong with wanting to gain size, mass, losing weight, Etc... It's a ton of hard work. Remember your body's going to go through some changes. You may loose 5-7lbs before you even gain a pound. 15lbs of mass is a lot. I would get a good base to see where your at than go from there. Even its PR's with weight ? Wish you the best.

Is this your first cycle?
I don't have tons of experience, I'm just finishing my first cycle, but at a glance id mention to you that your PCT could do with some attention and also you should rethink your AI. The test won't really kick in until about week four so you shouldnt be expecting your e2 levels to be high enough to warrant the adex at week 2 (unless you're planning on running the dbol that you've ordered-don't do that on your first cycle).
Make sure you get bloodwork done, I know it seems a hassle and would be easy to ignore but it is vital and is actually really easy for most.
Also, you're not going to gain muscle and lose fat, you will be short-changing yourself if you try to do both. Don't worry about the fat so much, do some homework on your diet but you'll hinder muscle growth by attempting to manage body fat, let yourself grow and shed the fat later.
If you post up a little more info on your cycle history and your diet the guys are sure to help.

Hey, I did a cycle about 8 years ago being stupid and young so I decided to wait till late 20's to start again so basically this is my first cycle.I figured since its my first and its only 500mg test pct numbers where fine because im using both nolva and clomid. Every time ive looked people have different protocols with thr mgs on first cycle test only. I will look into a little more and I guess I should have stated the ai is just on hand until at least week three but will take it before if any side effects start to occur. I'm not running the dbol, i didnt order it, they graciously threw it in so I will be saving it for a future cycle. Your right i meant I would like to tighten up more while putting on lean muscle. Thanks for your input, hope your cycle went well and you exceeded your expectations.
