Provirian tabs
How should I run a cycle with this gear?
Looking to cut down body fat and get a better look overall.

I did my First cycle when I was 18.

Not calling you out, just curious why you're referring to this as your first cycle if it says that in your profile.

How do you feel on your diet? I know for a fact I would feel like shit eating 20-40 grams of carbs a day.

I should explain My First cycle doing it right? Diet, life style change, proper mix of gear. I was a novice back then to fitness and dieting. The diet is Very hard but I needed to drop body fat because I'm holding way to much. After two weeks headaches and flu like symptoms I seemed to have stabilize. I started in April and derive most of my carbs in veg, salads,. I have had one day of high carb intake a month.

So the only carbs youre eatinf are from veggies which dont really count. Your going to stall very quickly with that approach. Id start Slowly adding in more carbs and start carb cycling. Carbs are not going to hurt you man!

Like brown rice , oatmeal , ouino? How much per day? I'm open to getting better. I'm getting good results now. But open to other points of view.

I'm down to 13.5% body fat yet up 5 lbs. Still a long way away. But the hard work and gear are working. Before and after pic to follow on completion.

First cycle a longtime ago. Rugby Test cyp. Trained until hip injury. Did German volume training. Now super sets of light weight.
High protein around 2x body weight. High good fats.
Reduce body fat and recover from hip surgery.

Really no point in running a cutting cycle with that high of bodyfat. The fat should melt off easily starting out that high so no need to run AAS. Just kind of wasting a cycle doing it that way since they are completely unneccessary. Get down into the lower teens first and see where your weight is at. You might be looking kind of light and not want to cut any further. So a bulk may be more appropriate. Can't really give out much cycling advice right now until you get down in bodyfat to see if a cycle would even be warranted at that point and what type of cycle it may be.

After measuring with a tape I used calculations and came to 17.4
