STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Stats: 33 years old, 6'1", 186 lbs., 11% body fat
Cycle History: 1 cycle, 500mg/week Test E for 10 weeks. PCT - Clomid 100/100/50/50
This will be my 2nd cycle. I'm really interested in short esters and thought
I'd try a test prop cycle. I'm scheduled to get blood work done the week after
Labor Day and plan to start the cycle Sept. 17th.

I hope to make some clean gains and experiment with pinning different sites.
I've only pinned delts and glutes so far.

I will get bloods done again at week 4 to road map my AI better.

I'll start PCT 2-3 days after last shot.

What would you guys think about me adding 100mg NPP eod? I really like the idea of gaining the joint lubrication and relief.

I would add HCG to the cycle. 500iu a week split. Also would add Caber .5 e3d for any prolactin sides.

Yeah I should have added my training background. I've been training seriously for 10 years but my training has always been for athletic speed/endurance/explosiveness. I compete in triathlons and endurance races. I've never trained for just size.

My average calorie intake is around 3000 a day but when I'm training for an event I up that to 5000. I take in a minimum of 200g protein a day and would up that when on cycle.

I'm looking for lean gains and a quicker recovery. I still compete and am not looking to gain 20 pounds.

My 1st cycle was successful in my eyes. My body fat dropped 1% and my speed/endurance felt like I was 22 again.

Ahhh! Makes more sence. Recovery will be very fast. Most likely keeping the reps towards 12 woyld be better than traditional bulk lifting.

So then if you are using AAS for sports performance instead of body building you should clarify that. Many of the replies you'll get on these forums will be from people solely focused on bodybuilding with a lack of understanding of why someone would want to use AAS for increased sports performance.

there's absolutely no scientific reason to do so. eating carbs pre bed won't make you fat either, but will help you sleep through seratonin upregulation.

I dont think he meant eating carbs before bed makes you fat. I guess he meant that making your body deprived of carbs for a long period of time forces it to use body fat as fuel otherwise carbs surplus would be used as fuel and less body fat would be burned.

yea what does your diet look like? at your age you should be able to gain faster than when you were 20's.. how many cals you eating a day? along with the grams of protein? the cycle does look okay, what were you gains on the last cycle? did you keep them ?

You really need more calories. Your stats scream "i can be huge with food first" . Guessing ya won't listen though. Cycle is correct....6 points of pinning. Research huge food dude!! I'm like 3ft tall and bout 20lbs heavier. Eat eat eat!
