5th cycle after two years natty and a hamstring tear

This will be my 5th cycle. I tore my hamstring on one side and injured the other one pretty bad too. I was a couple months of my 4th cycle which was 750mg a week of sust with and oral kicker and 4 weeks of tren ace. I had gotta up to 190 at just under 10% body fat and then a couple months later I injured my hams maxing deadlifts. Had to take about 6 months completely off of lifting. The I had to rehab the injury for another year before the inflammation went away and I could start squatting and deadlifting again. I was able to work upper body and maintain most of my mass there but generally lost motivation for a while and lost a lot of muscle especially in my legs. Lost like an inch on my quads and they look deflated... anyway hamstrings are better and I been back in the gym 6 days a week for a few months now. But I have lost a lot of muscle and put on fat. The goal of this cycle will be a recomposition. I want to get back under 10% fat and gain some some muscle to get me back where I was. I got a ton of time on my hands cuz I been laid off from work for at least 2 more months probably more. So I will be able to prep all my meals and workout twice a day. I also have a home gym with a squat rack and pretty much everything I could need to do just about any exercise. I sprang for some hgh to help get my BF down and assist with keeping my hamstrings healthy as I increase weight on leg days. Was planning on using 2ui a day for the first 30days then bumping to 4ui for at least 6 months total maybe longer if I like it and can afford too. This will be my first time using HGH but I have been researching and reading about it off and on for years. I plan on using 500mg test e, 200mg tren e, and a superdrol kicker along with the hgh. I have tried tren ace at 75mg eod. Sides weren’t bad for me at that dose. Only real negatives was the night sweats and hard time getting to sleep. I would toss and turn for the first couple hours and sweat my ass off but after that I would sleep ok. I did get super hungry and felt a bit tired and lethargic about 3 weeks in I was tired all the time. Got a bit grouchy. I get grouchy when I’m tired and hungry so not much different than normal lol. Since I don’t have to work the sleep issue shouldn't effect me as much because instead of 6-8 hours a night I been getting 10-12. Also I have read that HGH helps you sleep so hopefully it can help with that side effect. Might need some advice on calorie intake with this cycle. Planning on doing cardio/high intensity at least 4 days a week and lifting weights 6 days a week. I have a question about ai. When adding HGH do I need to up May adex? I run .5mg a week for every 250mg of test. So when I ran sust at 750 I ran 1.5 a week with good results estrogen was on the low end of normal. Do I need to bump it up at all with the hgh and the tren e involved? Should I run proviron with this cycle? Any advice is welcome thanks.

Ok so I upped my hgh dose again about two weeks ago now to 5.2 ui. And holy shit I feel like a narcoleptic lol. I have never been so tired in my life. But I have gotten noticeably leaner while gaining a couple pounds. I feel like it’s affecting my appetite though at this dose and the lethargy during the day is terrible like It’s even effecting my training a bit. I’m gonna back it down to 2.4 again and keep it there where the sides were almost non existent. I’ll be running the gh at least a year maybe longer and I’ll try ramping it back up in my next cycle. I also decided to extend the cycle from 16 weeks to 24. Bp is good cholesterol came back good and I been testing blood sugar too which is all good. I’m gonna drop the long esters week 22 and use test p for the last two weeks. Last week of test p I’ll start hcg and run it two weeks then start a 5 week pct.

Update: I am down 17-18lbs since starting the cut. I have upped my hgh to 3.6 ui and I have started noticing some dry mouth and bad thirst misty at night. I just purchased a glucose monitor and will start monitoring blood globose levels as I continue increasing the hgh dose. I don’t see how I could possibly have high blood sugar as I am on a keto diet but one of the symptoms of high blood sugar is extreme thirst and dry mouth. I will post results of my fasted glucose levels and post meal glucose levels as soon as I have the numbers. Wondering if anyone can chime in on dry mouth/ thirst while in cycle like this. It’s not all the time but I would say 3-4 nights a week it’s bad enough that it makes it hard for me to fall a sleep. I’m assuming it’s from the HGH because I never got this side effect from any AAS. I’m not taking any other supplements out of the ordinary either.

I also read something about the keto diet itself causing dry mouth and extreme thirst because of the low carbs and carbs being involved in the hydration of cell or something to that effect? Anyway if anyone can chime in on their experience with a keto diet and or hgh causing dry mouth and extreme thirst that would be helpful.

Oh yea and my hgh is dosed at 2.4 ui a day in the morning first thing. I been doing fasted cardio 2-3 times a week and full body workouts the other 3 days with some assistance work in between here and there. Also figured I would give and update on my injury. My hamstrings feels great no inflammation at all and I was going pretty heavy on the squats until the last few weeks when I started cutting. I’m also running a lot but I have been stretching almost everyday too. Hopefully with the hgh and all the stretching my hamstrings will get even stronger.

Ok figure I would give another update. So I have been on a strict diet for the last 4 weeks since I started the hgh. I cut my calories down to Between 1500-2000. 15-20% of macros from carbs (mostly from steamed veggies) 20-30% from fats and the other 50-60% from protein. I get a minimum of 180 grams of protein a day Usually closer to 200. I have lost a 10 pounds and I can see my abs again. I would say I’m about 13% body fat give or take. I am planning on continuing the cut for 4 more weeks but will take this week off for a re-feed and to get a bit of a break from the low carb diet. I have dropped my test dose to 250 tren is still at 200 and I have added masteron to the cycle at 300 mg per week. The reason for the masteron was to help me harden up as get down below 10% body fat. I was also hoping to get a bit more energy from it as well as I have felt pretty lethargic on this low calorie diet. Not sure if I’m tired because of the hgh or the low carb intake or both but that’s the only negative side I have noticed the last few weeks. I’m super tired even if I sleep 10 hours I feel like taking a nap mid day... fortunately I don’t have to work right now. The anxiety I had a few nights had gone away and I have been sleeping great.

I see your updates. How is the tren feeling now? You MUST be completely honest with yourself about your mood, your thoughts and your behaviors while on tren. That's a good dose to begin with if you MUST, but I would have used ace. I dunno if you have ran tren before because I can't read all that stuff you said, but watch yourself! No compound is worth causing emotional (or physical) distress to our loved ones just so that we can believe we look a little better in the mirror. So if you are experiencing any significant mood changes, be a good boyfriend, friend, son, whatever, and go with other compounds if you must use others.

For me, tren gives me a dramatically shorter fuse, and without tren my fuse is so long I almost NEVER see the end of it. But it only is like that during the onset of stabilizing blood levels. Once things are leveled out at a specific dose, I feel right as rain. This is an example of outcome that would have been better to experience with ace.

I did try tren ace on my last cycle and I actually was way more on edge with it I feel like I could have snapped at any moment. I ran it 4 weeks at 75 eod. I think maybe ed injections might have helped. It was like I was on a emotional rollercoaster lol. I think it was from the unstable blood levels. So far I have felt great on this dose and I’m like 4 weeks in so I should be peaking by next week. I also started the hgh and haven’t had any negatives so far from that. I went up to 195 and this week I decided to do a mini cut because I put on some good size but I feel like I was getting insulin resistant because of the high calories I was eating like 4500 a day lol. I figure I’ll cut for like 4 weeks and then go back to bulking for the last few weeks of the cycle.

So last night was the first time I noticed any real mental sides and it was right after I laid down to go to sleep all of a sudden I started getting super anxious and I had to get up out of bed and go watch tv for a while because I was to tense to go to bed. Other than that I noticed it has been hard to stay properly hydrated even though I’m not even working at the moment. Like I’m sweating twice as much. But I can tell it’s kicking for sure.

Interesting. I do kinda like to hear the specific sides people get, to add to the list of potentials when someone I know voices that they might try it. I wonder if you had a thought or memory come up that brought you great distress, or would normally cause an emotional reaction on a more reasonable level, without the tren. That would make sense to me.

I haven't heard anyone else mention what I experience; the part about only having emotional trouble while tren is in the process of stabilizing. Seems like most people that have emotional trouble just have it consistently while they use it.

About the sweat, I get that a little too, but I gotta admit I got it WAY worse when I did my first cycle. I couldn't even look at the weights without breaking into a sweat. With tren it's not quite so bad.

Yea when I did tren ace I just felt like I was going up and down with eod pins if I use it agin I’ll try ed to see if that helps. I was also taking slightly more milligrams per week on the ace. Durning the day through I feel great no mood swings or anything just had a little anxiety that night. I wasn’t really thinking about anything In particular either like I was just laying there and kinda felt like my I my heart was beating fast and then I starting getting anxiety which makes it kinda hard to breath so I had to stand up. I have had an anxiety attack a couple times before back when I was younger so I know what it feels like. It wasn’t as bad as what I have had in the past where would complete freak out but I think if I upped the dose much higher I would probably have a freak out lol. last night I kinda started to feel anxious after I laid down like almost like my heart started beating harder but was able to just take a few deep breaths and it went away. The weird thing is I haven’t gotten any anxiety during the day time at all only at night right when I’m trying to sleep. When I had anxiety before it was from stress and I would just kinda feel like that off and on through the day and it would be triggered by certain things like stress and large crowds or something like that. I haven’t had any anxiety attacks for like 4 or 5 years though so I would say it’s gotta be the tren. I’ll keep everyone updated.

Hgh came in yesterday started it at 2.4 ui ed in the morning right when I wake up. I was reading about people doing fasted cardio after their hgh shot in the am. Anyone have experience with this. I seen some
People saying it would be a waist and that you should eat a bunch of carbs right after dosing to spike insulin and get the most out the the gear. I wanna lean out a bit now that I have bulled back up.

I started the tren two weeks ago and so far haven’t noticed any changes in sleep or any negative sides. It hasn’t fully kicked in yet.

So I figure I would give an update. I started the cycle as is kept all the compounds as is except the hgh because it hasn’t arrived yet. Mail from China is all fucked up so I’ll start it when it comes in. Starting week 7 today. I’m up 15 lbs and it looks like I may have even leaned out a little. The sides have been very minimal. The worst one was some serious cramps I was getting from the super drol towards the last week or so. I also noticed that superdrol makes me super tired like most of the day. I was sleeeping 10 hours everyday and taking a nap after most of my post workout meals. Other than that everything has been smooth And th at wasn’t too bad anyway since I’m not working right now anyway. Also my appetite is insane. I can have hunger pains with a full stomach.

Yea I’ll drop the tren for sure and I can drop the super drol too. But what about the hgh shit is expensive and I already bought it. How bout I do just the test and hgh and leave the other two compounds out? I guess i got carried away. I just got a lot of time on my hands and wanted to make the most out of it. But you are right too much going on and I haven’t cycled for a long time.

Oh man I just read your thread about corona and tren too. Good points there man I’m gonna save the tren for now and bump my test up a bit probably not a good idea to run tren on my first hgh run. I ran tren before but I’m not that advanced. I was just thinking like oh man I got all this time off and a home gym I can jacked if I throw some tren in lol. Thanks for the input I appreciate any advice.

I been thinking about dropping the tren and just bumping the test dose to 750. But I bought the hgh already so I’m definitely running that it’s expensive and I can exactly return it. I have ran SuperDrive twice and really like it as a kicker. What you think bro?

Honestly I've never ran hgh before and dont plan to. And test I never got over 600 and I get good results. If I'm bulking I'll add some npp to my test other than that nothing else and get good results. All in the food IMO and just stay sore and sleep

Yea I got plenty of time to eat right now too and nothing else to do at home but train, sleep and eat. Should be easy to make gains even with just test and the hgh.

Also do I need to run caber at this low dose of tren? I been reading other posts and seems like for that low of a dose I wouldn’t even need it. I didn’t use it when I did the 4 weeks of ace but that’s a different ester for less time too.

As with anything you have to get blood work after a couple weeks and see what your prolactin is ..or if sides are present either way you must have it on hand and not wait tell its to late then scrambling around to find it at the last minute...if needed always start with lowest dose recheck blood work and increase if needed

Thanks for the input. I think I might just drop the tren all together for now and save it for another time. It’s my first time running hgh and I’m thinking I should eliminate that variable all together. If I decide to run it I will definitely have caber on standby. Have you ever run tren with hgh? I just feel like it would synergies really well and I wanted to gain as much weight as possible without adding any fat or even while losing a little fat if possible.

I would consult someone more knowledgeable but from what I remember HGH can raise prolactin and tren will do the same. I would look into prolactin related HGH threads and probably get an ancillary for it to b safe.

Ok I’ll look more into it i guess it would be smart to have in hand at least before I start just in case. I appreciate the feedback. I’m even open to running another compound but that’s what I have on hand and I fee like tren and gh would have great synergy when it comes to fat burning while still allowing me to pack on muscle and keep my calories higher. Also tren is kinda the best bang for the buck when it comes to potency.

Sorry I can’t be of more help with the cycle, I’m inexperienced so I’m just reading and learning. I’ve read a few times about how keeping estrogen in check makes sure prolactin doesn’t get out of whack. I believe there’s quite a lot of info about that in deca threads and I’m sure that info applies here as well. P Cushion is very knowledgeable about it. For the HGH and estrogen/prolactin I first stumbled upon it reading about MK a while back and remember seeing it in the HGH section as well. Best of luck

So I been reading into it so far it looks like the gyno and prolactin issues from 19 Nor as well as hgh is dependent mostly on estrogen levels. Seems like there is some slight conversion to estrogen in 19 nor’s and hgh seems to be able to slightly increase estrogen too. If I keep estrogen in check prolactin should stay in check too. But I need to read more into it and get info from some more experienced guys for sure. Maybe I lll have to bump my adex up slightly. More research to do for sure.
