taking my vitamins (4 times a day) cla, l carntine, glutamine, arginine, fish oil, b6, d3, dhea etc

concerns:
Too much in the cycle? I want to take 3 compounds (+aromatase inhib). But I don't want to take too much that I'm over-saturating my androgen receptors and I'm losing money with excess mg's and oil. I'm also interested in aromasin instead of adex but I don't know how to dose it properly for my body as I've never used it. .5 mg eod of adex works great. I like the idea of less of a rebound during pct.

ALSO
I came across this supplement BLACK COHOSH. treats nightsweats, hot flashes, insomnia, irritability. it's for women going through menopause. seems perfect for tren use. Anyone used it?
