Hello bro, I need some more info to give specific advice. When was your last cycle and did you cut of bulk? You are at 12%bf , I would consider to drop some before bulking. But that’s your decision of course. Diet, maybe you can put your diet with meals in the log.

Cycle, 18weeks 500mg test is a very long cycle. I would take it to 16weeks max. I don’t know your history, but maybe you can add a compound like deca of eq. Deca or Eq are more potent than test alone. Half the dose test of course when you add a compound when its your first cycle with a new compound.

PCT: maybe add some HCG?

Deca is by no means a beginner cycle ..it is a 19 nor.as I'm sure your aware ..and STRONGLY not recommended.the op I'm sure ,doesn't have his e2.down to a science yet ..and we all know with running a 19 its crucial to keep e2 in check ,to try to avoid prolactin sides ,and I say try .there is no mention of a da(dopamine agnostic)..to combat prolactin sides ,if it may occur..
By no means am I a basher ,I'm not ,but I think you should do a little more research ,and watching before giving out cycle advice ...all due respect my friend

I understand what you mean. But my opion about roids is not the same. I hope i may have a different opinion. If this are the rules i will not give beginners any advice anymore. I will not argue about this.

Of course you may have a different opion ,and I'm a little to mature and respectful ,to argue . Children argue ,men debate .i ran into alot of trouble with deca ,a while back ,and ,the initial blame must go on me. I was to blame for lack of research ...but I also listened. To people telling me throw deca in the mix with no mention of the points I just pointed out above .... But just food for thought .have a good day

I don't know how it is showing up on your end but the cycle is only 12 weeks test at 500 mg/ week split into two injections a week.

I'm not so sure telling a 26 year old to add more to this cycle is good advice. Especially DECA, setting himself up for problems down the road. Maybe one of the more experienced members with chime in.

I am asking him about his history.Last thing i want him to get is problems. 250 test with 250 deca is a beginner cycle. He will get better results for his 3de cycle. But like i said he should drop some bf first in my opinion

I'm still learning myself so I hate to talk dosages too much, but you do not run your test/deca ratio the same. The shutdown on DECA can be harsh. You should learn a bit more yourself before giving advice to a 26 year old. I'm not trying to be ugly, but just being real. DECA is not a beginner anything.

That's not how we roll here on eroids. Deca, at any dose, is NEVER a "beginner cycle". If we have to explain that, then you need to do some more research. We preach safe and progressive cycling here.

I've been very reluctant to add anything new to my cycles. This is the first time I've added anything other than the test. A couple of the guys I workout with tried to push Deca but I decided that can be saved for a later cycle pretty far down the road

Don't recommend he throw in 19nors when you have no idea about his prior usage... and don't recommend he jump on a 19nor, and not mention a single thing regarding controlling his prolactin... he's 26, and weighs 175lbs... he's already run two cycles to only get to 175lbs... His diet needs work, cycle can wait.

My first two cycles were just Test E for 10 weeks and then 12 weeks back when I was 22. I made fairly solid gains then but my diet was definitely not where it needed to be but I was weighing in at 195 back then. I had an unrelated injury that put me out of the gym for nearly a year when I was 23-24. I've always been very ectomorphic as well. I've got a trainer and friend of mine laying out my diet now to find out what works best for me.

As far as goals go i'm looking to get back to where I was and then some. I don't necessarily expect to get all that in one cycle but i'm looking for to add at least 10-15 lbs of lean muscle when everything is said and done.

I will commend you on keeping it simple bro, you're going with a tried and tested cycle. Let us know what your trainer puts out in terms of a diet, let's see if it needs a little tweaking.

With the right intensity, and eating like a truck, I'd definitely say you can add a good 10lbs of muscle this cycle, and that's 10lbs you'd keep. You'll probably add a total of 20ish on cycle give or take, but I'm sure you know how that works anyhow.

olive oil

12:00 pm pre workout meal
chicken breast
jasmine rice w/ coconut oil

Post workout shake
40-50 g protein
raw honey
coconut sugar

3:00 pm
chicken breast
jasmine rice
fresh pineapple

6:00 pm
salmon
ezekiel bread
all natural peanut butter

Before bed
cottage cheese
or casein shake

Calories roughly 3300
Protein 330 g
Carbs 330 g
Fat 75 g

Well done Burt. You've got a good thing going here, just remember to reassess the dietary requirements every few weeks to adjust intake to a higher weight.

Well guys I'm coming in on the end of my test for this cycle and looking towards starting my pct in about four weeks, I think I have roughly two weeks of test left but here are some updates on my stats.

195 lbs
10 % bf
I'd like to see 200 lbs before the cycle is over and i'm hoping to stay at 190 post cycle. From my past experience i've normally only lost around 5-10 lbs after coming off.

my measurements have increased alot more than I was expecting for this cycle but i'm extremely happy with the way things have gone.

My calorie intake has been ranging from 3800 to 4000 cals a day lately.

So far I haven't run into any sides other than moderate acne on my back but i've managed to get that under control.

Once Pct is over I plan on waiting 2-3 months before starting a cutting cycle but i'm still up in the air as to what I should include in it. I was thinking maybe going with test and anavar but any recommendations would be appreciated. I'd like to drop down to single digit body fat before bulking again. My long term goal is to be 200-210 lbs at 7-8 % bf

Just a quick update here.
About to be entering my third week on cycle and so far everything's gone well.
Strength has gone up quite a bit but sometimes that's more of a placebo effect this early. I've also added about 5 pounds partly due to my increased food and water retention. Looking forward to hitting week four when the real gains kick in!

Keep up the progress. Just a quick note, while your strength is going up, mind the tendons! I don't exactly know what type of lifting regimen you are following, but I've seen too many times where people's strength shoots up, they don't warm up properly, and injure themselves because they're not yet fully accustomed to the heavier weights. You're running Dbol so it's natural to have your strength go up!

Don't forget bloodwork around week 5! Have you been thinking of adding ~500 calories in addition to your current diet yet?

Just a little update. Turns out the Dbol that came from my source was primo and he was told wrong. I noticed that the color wasn't right so I never even started using them. I've got actual Dbol on the way but decided to go on with test cycle as planned. I'm 1 1/2 weeks in now so I don't really expect any real gains just yet. I was wondering how running the dbol mid cycle as opposed to at the beginning would be. Would it be beneficial or harmful? I'll have the dbol in time to run it from 4 through 8, still at 5 weeks total. Or should I just hang on to it for another cycle down the road? I'm not opposed to either option but I would like some other opinions before I decide for sure.

Main reason to be running the Dbol would be for a kickstart to the cycle, by the time the dbol gets here your cycle should be in full swing and you really shouldn't need the dbol, so I would save it for another run. Some people like to run orals at the end of cycle before going into PCT but since you have relatively few cycles you should be doing just fine with the test only cycle.
