3rd Cycle - Need help!

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
28 y/o 5'8" 150 lbs - smaller frame guy workout 5-6x a week, with HIIT cardio 2-3 times a week
trying to eat 2500-3000 cals a day
first cycle started off at 130lbs and ended at 170lbs.
last cycle 12 weeks
test sus 500mg/week
EQ 500 mg/week
anavar 50mg ED/week for the last 4 weeks
same pct as in proposed cycle.
still pretty novice to this, any help is appreciated. looking to get a clean bulk

RustyhookerCycle needs work. I'd skip trying this cycle and get food help. With proper foods you should be up at 190 natural, then cycle. If you don't learn foods you lose time and money, get frustrated etc.
thanks man, I know food is important. Been trying to eat around 2500-3500 cals a day but I just have such a busy work schedule its hard to scarf down food while running a meeting.
If you cannot eat enough to grow then why waste time running a cycle? If you can't get this part of the regime down then you may want to rethink a different hobby.
I hit that mark by noon. Re work your food intake.

RustyhookerYou need near 5000 cals a day bro. But you'll probably just run it right? At your stats, your calories are so low you'll not gain. Or gain a couple then back to smaller weight.
Holy shit man. You have already ran 2 cycles and you only weigh 150Lb! You must have not ate on your last cycles. Im not trying to cut you down I know everyone has to start somewhere but you souldn't even be running gear at 150Lbs. You have plenty of room still to make some natural gains and all the gear in the world isnt going to work if you dont workout and eat right. Eat big to get big
thanks for the advice, with my first cycle i was at 130lbs and then jump to 170. the only reason i started a cycle, cause I just couldn't gain the mass even with eating around 3500cals a day.
Looking to bulk and lean at the same time is a big waste of cycle bro, at 150lbs 5'8" I'd leave the var out of this one, throw dbol in at the beginning for a nice bulk kicker, and whats your diet looking like? You need to be at a calorie surplus for this one bro, not going to get shredded while taking in the calories needed to GROW, save the var for a cutter next cycle n use this one to really grow, just my .02 brotha
yea all my buddies have been telling that bulk/lean at the same time is a waste. I've never used dbol, how much and long do you think i should be taking?
