2nd Cycle ,winter lean bulk
My goal is to gain lean muscle mass with minimal bf increase.
Experience: 6 years of training ( no more than 4-5 weeks of off periods)
5 years of strict diet.
Age: 20+(Do not lecture me on my age)
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 200
Bf: 15-16%
Food and training will be kept strict, minimal salt intake to lessen bloating.
Would not mind any feedback, if I have missed something out.
At the moment i workout 5-6 days a week, I plan on increasing to 7-10 workouts a week during cycle.
The picture uploaded is from today and is after one week of training after a 4 week off period due to illness and vacation.
I will be starting the cycle some time in october/november, depending on how I do naturally.
First cycle consisted of Test e 250mg e5d with proper PCT and HCG for a 2 week period in the middle of the cycle.
HCG and Letro will be close by in case its needed.

Move the var so it ends 2days before pct. If you know many pin points you can also prop kicker 1-4....100 eod

I'll move the var, but I'm still unsure whether I should go for 5 or 6 weeks on it.
I'm gonna pass on the test p for this time due to my lack of experience with multiple compounds.
Var is usually six Weeks however if you had good time off last cycle you're gonna do well even at 5. Fresh receptors and your not going heavy like some folks try. You get points for knowing when to say when! Multi pins can suck.
ya def. move the var, the test will be in your system for a bit outside your last pin. Like fast said, food + cardio dictates how this cycle will go. I dont know that i agree with the prop kick start as it is only his 2nd cycle, might be a bit much to handle. But if he feels ok with it, then yes a p kick start would do you great.....
Are there any issues I should think about when I include cardio to the cycle period? Blood pressure?
