+ 1 2nd Cycle: Summer Bulk

Goal

Maximize kept lean gains. Weigh 210.

Expectations

It may be summer, but no cut for me. It would feel like going backwards. Instead I want to repeat my first cycle with a few tweaks. In short, test E and - new for the 2nd cycle - mesterolone.

I am aiming for +20 lbs post-PCT, putting me at 215. It's ambitious, aiming higher than the more realistic +15. (My first cycle kept +10.)

Diet will be 4500 calories every day. 325g protein, 150g fat, 460g carbs. If I'm not on pace for 225 pre-PCT at week 6, I will go up to 5000.

Training will hit every group 2x per week: once with about 8 sets of compound barbell movements heavier than 6RM, then again with about 12 sets of dumbbells, machines, cables, and bodyweight in the 10-30 rep range - by feel. This will be more volume than my first cycle, which used bro splits in the 6-12 rep range. Cardio will be 10 30-second sprints, 3 times a week: bike, sled pulls, push-ups, rowing machine, etc.

Concerns

Hair loss from mesterolone. Since I've never noticed any hair loss by age 37, even on 12 weeks of test, I am guessing I am not genetically prone. I do like having hair, though. I am going to start with a lower dose and be ready to drop it at any sign of trouble. I'm actually optimistic that it will help with my mood "challenges."

Not keeping gains. On my first cycle, I gained 25 pounds and lost 15. I know some loss is inevitable, even if only water. Still, I think I could have done better. This time I will start PCT 2 weeks after the last shot. Last time I waited 3. I don't know what else to do other than keep eating heavy and lifting intensely during PCT, but last time it sure felt like the drop in intensity was also inevitable.

PCT sucking emotionally. I'm not worried about making it through. I've already been there, but it felt like "I just don't care." Not happy, not sad, not angry, not anything - just blah. I really wanted it to be over. I've thought about cutting the clomiphene dose in half, but I have seen so much feedback to people to do the standard PCT.

Not eating enough. Well, this one is completely in my control. I will just man up and force feed. Last time I regretted not upping calories sooner.

I thought about upping test to 600, but I don't have a good reason why I should do that.

Should be a good cycle. Diet looks pretty sound. If your not gaining though you need to eat more so don't be set on just 4500-5000 cals. Eat whatever it takes. Good luck.

I have been considering it. I even wrote in the last update on my first cycle "GHRP-6 or maybe just some weed."

Weed was a joke. It's incompatible with my job.

GHRP-6, from what I read, if worth taking is worth combining with CJC-1295 and twice a day, post-workout and before bed. Breaking the skin that often worries me more about infection - probably just worrying to much; diabetics do it. I can't come home post-workout, so I'd need to carry a needle - also a bit worrisome. I guess it could be passed off as insulin. Also knowing it's real, unknown long term effects because it hasn't been around long...

Interestingly I haven't found a lot of personal horror stories of side effects from peptides.

Still, even if taken for appetite, I bet the extra GH is a helpful "side effect" for bulking.

You're injecting the peptides sub-q anyhow, I use 30g pins and have no issue. Still follow typical injection protocol and never had an issue about infection...

There's various opinions on injection times and what not, but I don't inject GHRP-6 PWO, I inject first thing in the AM and then before bed, only obeying the recommended times before/after eating. It definitely does the job of increasing appetite, I scarf down over 1000 calories for breakfast and still end up feeling hungry on the way to work. CJC 1295 can be injected twice per week, and I use that before bed as well so carrying a needle around wouldn't be necessary.

I like your second cycle adding provirin is a safe way to get more out of your test I see no reason to up your test either being your second cycle I think you will respond well at lower dose the only thing I don't like is the pct you need to double doses on nolva and clomid for all weeks it that is how you ran last pct it may explain why you lost 15 lbs even grinding it out read a little more a
Bout pct then adjust doses and you should be g2g

The PCT daily amount is double the numbers. Same as last cycle, the daily amount starts at 100mg/40mg. The top of the column says "2 per day." Similarly, daily Proviron is double the numbers.

I wanted to make it clear that I will split the dose, but I seem to have made it unclear.

I gotcha. Then it sounds like you done your homework my friend it looks good on my end pct is a hard couple of weeks that is when a lot of people come off the wagon they loose interest in working out don't feel jacked up quit eating. It takes some true grit to grind it out that's why we are here !!
