2nd Cycle - EQ+TEST E
Stats: 5'11 / 175lbs/ 27 years of age
Goals: I'm looking to make lean gains at a good pace while slightly increasing my aerobic capacity. I'm looking to increase my RBC for better endurance (EQ), while increasing and replacing my natural test lost during my massive workload (Test E). HCG is for the boys.
Workload:
Awesome, 5 day a week program weight program, emphasis on building bigger wheels. Slight increase in cardiovascular endurance. I will still cycle/jog.
Why:
I originally trained as an endurance/strength athlete. Think, crossfit with running/cycling/swimming. After a first successful cycle (see my previous cycle log), I gained and kept 10lbs of lean mass and saw a great increase in cardiovascular endurance! Overall the cycle was a great success.
Unfortunately, I was in a car accident about a year and half ago where I suffered a compound fracture to my left femur. After surgery and 6 months of therapy, I was healed up and ready to charge forward again.
Fast forward another year and I regained and GAINED in both strength and endurance. Eating right and just plain hard work. I'm ready to take a bigger leap into AS, but this time, to add more mass.
Cycle:
EQ @ 400mg/wk
Test E @ 500mg/wk
hCG @ (500mg/wk ~ 1 dose E5D)
Aromasin @ 6.25 ED
This is basically an updated version of my first cycle. I saw great gains with just 250 mg/wk on Test E+EQ at 400/wk. I want to double my Test E and further increase gains.
For 14-20 weeks.
EQ, Test E and hCG will all start on the first Sunday. HCG will be pinned every 5 days.
PCT:
Because of the long half-life of EQ, I'll be stopping two weeks before the last pin of test.
PCT starts 28 days after last pin of EQ and 14 days after Test. However, hCG will be ran until the last pin of test.
Then:
Nolvadex @ 40/40/20/20
Clomid @ 100/100/100/50
Aromasin on hand.

You may want to update your stats in your profile. What's your BF? You're 27 and 175lb so why do you even need a cycle. Just eat and train and focus on building back your base of muscle and power. Get this up then do a basic Test E/C cycle.
