Lifts: 285 Bench/ 385 Dead/405 squat
Diet: 3500 cals/day

Goals: I'm looking to make as much gains as possible over a 12 week cycle.
Awesome, 5 day a week program weight program, emphasis on building bigger wheels. I'll be doing cardio (MMA) for an hour a day per week. Gym sessions first then MMA.
I originally trained as an endurance/strength athlete. Think, crossfit with running/cycling/swimming. After a first successful cycle (see my previous cycle log), I gained and kept 10lbs of lean mass and saw a great increase in cardiovascular endurance! Overall the cycle was a great success.
This time I would like to focus primarily on strength and muscle mass.
Dbol @ 30mgs ED for 4 weeks.
Test E @ 750mg/wk (split between two doses 2-3 days apart)
hCG @ (500iu/wk ~ 1 dose E5D)
Proviron @ 25mgs ED
Aromasin @ 10mg EOD
For 12 weeks.
Dbol, Test E, Proviron and hCG will all start on the first Sunday. HCG will be pinned every 5 days.
PCT starts 14 days after the last pin of test. HCG stops when the test stops.
Nolvadex @ 40/40/20/20
Clomid @ 100/100/100/50
Extra PCT on hand.
