2 Week on (Bulk) 4 week off (Cut) Repeat.

I want to start this cycle when i get to 7% body fat in a few weeks.

I prefer these 2 week cycles as i can recover fully within a week, I know they are not for everyone but i'm not in it to get massive, I think when your lean anyway you notice the muscle a hell of a lot more.
You have to hit these 2 weeks hard though to see any gains with decent calorie intake.
2 weeks on 4 weeks off and repeat.

Im currently 92kg (200lbs) at around 12% but will get to 7-8% before i start.

I expect to gain 4-5 pounds of muscle hopefully more.
No concerns apart from dealing with the aggression from the tren lol

Calories will be set at 4000
Protein 350g 1750 Cals
Fat 80g 720 Cals
Carbs 382g 1530 Cals

I'm just gonna be honest and say it..... you don't look like someone that has ever ran a cycle before. You have very little muscle mass which makes me think you don't really know how to train and eat right. This cycle also sounds ridiculous to me and I'm not gonna give you cycle advice because I don't think you need to cycle now. You need to train natural and learn to eat right and get a solid base to work on before you consider ass. I'm not saying this to be a dick either I'm just giving my honest opinion because you should be open to it since you posted this out in the open. EAT EAT AND EAT some more and training consistently. There is plenty of info on eroids community section about diet and training. Good luck

Thanks for the solid advice.
I posted the cycle log up as I thought that is what people was meant to do on here.
I do appreciate that everyone has their opinions too though.

Yes the pic does give the impression that I am a skinny guy with abs so all your advice would be excellent for someone that hasn't been doing all that already but thank you anyway it is appreciated.

I will post a better one today.

Cyclic bulking is a good technique but you are going about it all ass-backwards. Don't see you making much progress with the way you are proposing to do it.

if you want to cut in this cycle why you use dbol then with tren a and test prop , better use tbol and i read your declaration about the cycle , but in my feelimgs there is something missing , i saw your photo now and the other photo posted by another member down here , so clear this up first then you can get an advice .

Honestly bud... I honestly don't see any mature muscle in that picture. It really looks like you still need to build a base first.

Maybe it's the picture and the fact you're 6'2"...!????? Dont know.

What has been your diet up till today? For how long?
How many days a week are you making it to the gym?

What is your cycle history?

Diet: Cutting is 2300, maintenance 2800 lean bulking natural 3400 bulking on cycle 4000
Eat plenty of whole foods such as eggs, meat, fish rice, oats....

I've been training since i was 22 4 -5 times a week, mainly strength training.
I do a lot of sprinting so i'm probably the more athletic look than the typical thick waist that a lot of bodybuilders have.

Similiar to usain bolt but without the six pack lol

I have done a couple of short cycles similar to this one with decent results, i'm not looking to gain much thats why i opt for the shorter cycles.

1st Week 700 Prop 450 Tren 350 Dbol
2nd Week 300 Prop 150 Tren 350 Dbol
On the 11th and 12th days levels will be pretty high still but be cleared by the 14th day.

Im open to critisicm though, think it may be better to just do 8 straight weeks?
