only ran test prop at 150mg for ten weeks. (first cycle.)
ive ran clen about 3 or 4 times before with good results but then failed with diet months later an gained back. but ive been on a good diet for a bit now and have went from 240lb to my current weight. my goal is to loose about 4-5 lbs of fat and minimize muscle loss. i take in 200-250 grams of protien a day. and about 2300-2500 cals. plus do 30-40 min cardio 4-5 days a week. i will take a picture tommorow morning when i wake up along with take my weight and add it in here for the starting point. hope you guys enjoy even tho its only clen but hey why not make a cycle log out of it to help motivate me!
you will notice that i do eat alot of shakes. my reason is work we dont really have breaks much and its real easy for me to go throw some water in my shaker and work and drink it. days off i eat alot more whole foods. but having the shakes has worked great for me so far !

It´s also important the way you are taking the pills. First hour in the morning, just awake, take two with a glass of water. After four hours or so take another two and after another four hours take the rest. (I meant in the 120 mcg days). It will help to keep your body temperature a bit higher.
Do not forget to eat potassium (bananas, basically) to avoid pain in the muscles!

thats how i take it. 2 right when i wake up after my shower. then 2 around noon and 2 an hour before my workout. it took me longer to get to 120 tho as the sides were bad with shaking. i never get muscle pain from clen! i must be lucky. and the clen im taking is from a pharmacy in cancun mexico. i picked up 3 bottles on my way home from vacation. hahah. its crazy ur allowed to bring that shit back. i coulda bought some testosterona-d and brough it back but it was crazy expensive for one amp hahah. and it was weird doses. like 50mg prop and 150 e. or 200 e i forget.
Im going to make the same but during the 2 off weeks i will add ECA and i will add ketotifen for the saturation of beta receptors.
EC acts on multiple b-receptors, including the ones clen affects (b2). wouldn't that defeat the point of 2 wks off?
right but if you put Ketotifen when you are using eca and when you are using clemb, would help to reduce the saturation of b-receptors

everyone does it different. I've always done 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and was fine and had.good results. ur body doesnt get used to.the drug in 2 days. maybe some but. and yea he clen from mp is overdosed but my mexican clen seems to be perfect dosage when I've takin in the past. just took my pre pics and about to grab my weight. I'll post this up when I get home from work!
have you used the MP clen though because I have some now but wanna try and get more. ps the clen i have now taste like shhiiittttt
tea I've used it. but I feel the.dosages are all over the place. I felt different taking the same amount day by day. some days it'd geek me out so bad. I didnt like that.
Clen is two days on...two off. Body gets used to it fast. The clen i got was overdosed! So be careful with brands.
