2° cycle schedule
Hello everyone
this is my second cycle with test e and dianabol, 5 months after the first.
I found myself very well in the first cycle of 12 weeks and I didn't have any problems with gyno or anything else, I also managed to maintain a lot of the lean mass gained..
in this cycle I would like to add a month of hgh,
if gyno problems arise, I have arimidex with me
weight 79 kg
height 1.75 meters
bodyfat 20%
with this cycle I would like to decrease the body fat which has always been my problem, and also maintain or increase lean body mass
I train 5 times a week and I would like to insert cardio 2 times a week to lose some % of body fat
if you have any advice I am here to accept any criticism

UPDATE: thanks to your advice I changed the schedule for my 2nd cycle. where the main goal is to maintain lean body mass and lose weight for a % lower bf

Nvlewis10110Im also on my 2nd cycle ive been looking around for a pct with all 4 pct in it ive found about 2. Companys that make it but my first cycle I didnt do a pct and thats becuz i listen to a friend but anyways I gain also 13lbs after my first cycle of 16 weeks at .8 of a cc and I notice gains but after gaon a shit load of fat witch I manage to take off in the last month anyobe got any info for a better pct for me
get yourself some hcg and extend pct to 6 weeks, you will thank me later
Manateeswimmer5678Hey tip for getting onto PCT smooth, consider running test prop from week 15-19 to allow your body to adequately clear the enanthate ester so that once you do start your PCT, there will not be any test inhibiting those agents from working properly since enanthate takes about four weeks to clear. The test prop will allow you to continue to have consistent and elevated levels u til PCT . Test prop clears quickly so this will prevent any issues with your PCT meds.
I have done this and it works.
Why not just run the test and keep your diet strict? you can be in a deficit on that amount of test and be able to maintain at the very least your lbm. Possibly even gain a couple lbs of lbm.
I’m new to the game myself. My first cycle, I was on 500mg test e a week for 10 weeks, been off for two weeks tomorrow so it’s out of my system. I start pct tomorrow.
I personally would just do another test 500 mg cycle without the other stuff. Keep the diet dialed in and you’ll lose the fat no problem

you're right i was wrong everything, in fact i will only use the test-e to lose fat and maintain lean mass, and i will use the gh only in a future cycle
I think that’s a better idea. From what I have read up on, we are good for 3-4 test only cycles before adding in other compounds as our receptors are fresh. It gives us time to grow and get the maximum benefit before adding in other stuff. Especially since everyone has different goals but based on what you’re saying I think it’s best to just stick to test for the moment. Diet is important when getting leaner and test does make it a hell of a lot easier especially when on 500mg a week.
All the best with your second cycle. I will be taking a 5 month break after pct and assessing where I am at before I start my second test cycle.
AnonBased on your goals I would drop the dbol and the Gh. Here's why, dbol is a very wet compound, it causes a lot of water retention and is not helpful at all for your goal of losing weight. Growth hormone is actually helpful for some fat loss, the problem you have is that your supply is basically 1/2 - 1/4 of what you would use in order to achieve your goal of assisting weight loss. Personally I would start the gh a month before your cycle and run it as long as you can afford. It's just not worth using for 1 month. You'd be out by the time you'd notice any small changes, and yes, I mean small...
Ditch the dbol, save the growth!
Your DIET will dictate your success provided you stick with your workout routine. The testosterone will help you with lean gains but more so it will maintain your mass while in a deficit. It's possible to see a small recomp effect being that you're probably newer to this and have a lot of extra bodyfat.
Keep your diet strict af and don't deviate from your plans and you should trim up nicely with only the test.
You won't see shit for results in the mirror if you throw that dbol in because you will hold water like a balloon. The gh can have the same effect in some but to a lesser extent. Both of those will serve you well later in your journey. Just not yet.

in fact yes, when I did the first cycle I had a lot of water retention, but in that period I cared little, now with these new goals, following what you said at this point it is better to eliminate the Dbol completely! I was doing a bullshit with the hgh, fortunately I posted before starting, so to have advice and warnings, at this point I order another hgh before starting and I will bring it as you say for more months, you say to drop the hgh..2iu eod or every day? is ok??, as far as diet is concerned, I am followed by a specialist in nutrition, who follows me very well.

AnonGood plan, so there are a lot of growth hormone dosing protocols. I would do more research if you're planning on using it, I still don't think it's going to benefit you because the cost will be significant for a small amount of results. Why pay $400 to lose 10lbs of fat when you can do it for free? I would save the gh for a cycle that is designed to add weight. It's called growth hormone for a reason! It does have other benefits, but it's primary use in our field is to grow larger.
you are completely right, thanks for the information. I tried to find out by reading on the internet, but I have to study this world much more. in the past I have already tried to lose weight without taking anything, but at the same time I was also losing a lot of lean mass, for that I thought that the gh together with the test-e would help to lie it.Now I will only use the test-e,and as you say I will use the gh for a future cycle.
