12 week cyc. Editing along the way
4/11/2020 am first pin, once a week
Good eating habits for the most part, high protein high fat
Train 3 on 1 off. Deadlifts, chest back, shoulders arms calves, rinse repeat (waiting on power cage in the mail for squats) hour n 15 min workouts. About 90sec breaks in-between sets. Zero cardio, I walk alot at work lol
Any advice very appreciated and welcomed.

I'll leave it at 500mg for the remainder of the cycle. Probably will do it for another 15 weeks. Then start PCT 3 weeks after last pin. Thanks for the info btw.
I also have aromasin which I ordered with the clomid so I'll look at taking it for PCT as well.
I have blood work happening during week 10 of cycle.
At what stages would it be recommended to take blood work for most accuracy you'd say?

I gotta agree with shred, tapering the test up and down like that is only going to make it very hard to dial in your AI as your blood levels will never have a chance to stabilize
Your PCT is also not good enough, read the link about proper pct layout. .
AnonThis is a terrible first cycle idea.
I don't see an AI listed. The PCT is weak imo. You also need to give yourself at least 2 weeks after the last Test E injection before starting PCT.
Changing the Test E dosage like this is a bad idea. Given the way the half life works for Test E, if you keep it at the same dosage from the start it will take 5 to 6 weeks before the Test E reaches stable peak levels, and then it will remain at that stable level if you keep the dosage the same. Changing the dosage around like you've planned here wont let you experience the Test E at a stable peak level...you wont get to see how you react to it. Changing the dosage this way is gonna cause some side effects, it might just be your mood or maybe gyno, who knows it's your first cycle.
Keep it simple, don't run this cycle, and do more research man.
I had a similar thought about my first ever injection. I do plan to run standard 12 week/500mg cycle but for my first ever injection, cant I do a low dose and see how my body reacts. Terrible time to find out I have a rare allergy to a carrying oil.
the chances of you being allergic to the carrier oil is so slim. yes run the standard, but its up to you to do like 250mg inj first but it would be a waste to do so instead of 500
Working out since high school on n off, I'm under 15% bf for sure. Athletic build I'd say.
I'll look into moving the pct 3 weeks after last pin. Also I have enough test e for the 14-16 week stretch. I want to see how I'm doing after 5th week to bump up to 750. If all is good thought two wks would fair to get most out of 1st run. If not I'll stick to 500 and see about pushing it out to 14-16 weeks

I did not fill out the cycle properly online. I am not taking the hcg either. All I am doing is 250 test E week one and 500 for the next 4 weeks. Then two weeks at 750. After which I'll do 4 more weeks at 500 and one final week at 250. Clomid will begin one week after final pin. Any advice appreciated. I'll fill out the cycle properly online shortly. 5'11 185 35yo. why not just keep it at 1 dose throughout the duration of the cycle, if its your first time then you shouldn't do that until you dial in your ai dose and know how you react to what. and pct should start 3-4 weeks after your last pin depending on your dosage because test e takes a while to leave your system. first cycle should be a minimum of 12 weeks, start out at 14-16 imo if you want to make the most out the test only cycle. take supplements, do your cardio and DO NOT dirty bulk. and I meant how many years have you been training, have you gotten your diet in check? 5"11 and 185lbs at 35 years old whats your bf%, get to at least 15% if you wanna start
