Nah, whatever works. Just thought that was interesting to throw in shrugs with chest and shoulders. Since traps are getting indirectly hit with any kind of overhead pressing anyway, it kind of makes sense to finish them off when they're already warmed up. I like it.

If you do this your shoulder will end up ten times worse.

You may get temporary comfort from it but your added strength will make you lift heavier and harder masking the pain whilst doing so.

When you stop the deca your arm will likely cripple and probably struggle brushing your teeth.

Deca increases the amount of tiny roving proteins in our blood called cytokines, anti imflammatory cytokines increase, rove and gather around trauma, releiving the said pain, once deca has finished the other kind of cytokines (pro) start gathering to smother the good ones to restore balance and woolah! Pain is back only worse.

Not a good move.

Aromasin- 6.25 everyday, in your cycle it would start week 5.

Nolva is not an anti estrogen and not for on cycle.

My advice- dont cycle atall and get professional guidance on fixing your injury.

Indeed this is a great and the best advice regarding deca for an injury or pain.

Interesting. I will Def take your advice. So why do people suggest deca for injury rehab if it only makes it worse in the long run?

Any downside of running nolva throughout cycle? I have gotten the best results using this method.

If its an actual injury and you take deca- injury/ pain will feel better, you likely wont feel as much pain- meanwhile the injury is still there as its not healing- just being masked.

You start getting stronger and more confident about it and your pushing more weights with more intensity.

All the while the injury remains although being masked.

You then stop the deca- the pain returns and is actually worse due to the extra trauma you put it through whilst training harder.

The " rehab " effect is for things like dry joints/ tennis elbow, stiffness and even arthritis- it gives the user the temporary releif needed to push through little " niggly" discomforts untill it sometimes goes away.

It is not a healer. It will not heal injuries.

Look into hgh for healing properties.

Im curious as to why you would want to rehab on a cycle. I fractured my big toe in two places last summer but i took the 8-12 weeks to rehab it before hopping onto anything since I like to lift eat and sleep when im on without distractions.
as for having a kid congrats, hope the same holds true for me when i try in a few years.

My shoulder injury is muscular not bone related. Had it been serious enough to require any medical attention and not just a sprain of sorts. I would do what your saying. But the injury happened about 5 months ago so in all sense of the word it is healed, just needs to be rehabbed back to the level it was at before

I do it to prevent gyno, without it I need to up my ai dose to a level that puts me e2 crashed.
