Bread and butter cycle That works well for me

Supplements :
Fish oil, coq10, saw palmetto, vit E, vit D, vit b12, milk thistle, N-acetyl cysteine, resveratrol.

I'm on the 3rd week and already packed 7kg went from 79 kg to 86 kg. Lifting 4 times a week and grapple another 3. Definitely able to increase intensity by end of first week , muscles looking fuller and gained 2 cm arms now sitting at 40cm. Dirty bulking until end of week 4. Have nolva and anatrozole in hand but wasn't needed yet. Libido is good.
Now on week 5 and eating clean(er), was feeling a little lethargic but better now. Am hitting plateau on reps, am going to introduce TNE as a PWO as it lands in.

You just posted you are running a different cycle on March 20, 2016?? which is it?

Hi www, I am currently running this cycle on week 5. The one posted on the 20th march is one cycle I ran before and wanted to type it in for reference.
