STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Height - 5'11
Weight - 230
Age - 24 (will be 25 by the end of this cycle)
BF: 12ish

I have been lifting all through out school for sports.
Got into serious lifting at 20 and have been an avid lifting since.

Prescribed testosterone at 200mg/week in December of 2013
Shortly after I decided to try my first cycle at 600mg test E a week for 12wks with 50 mg of Dbol for the first 4 weeks.

I went from 170 to 195 that cycle and stayed at 192-195 while cruising.

Compounds I've used: test, deca, tren, anavar, Dbol, winny, and insulin.

This will be my first time using NPP and anadrol.

Diet:
Meal 1: 2 cups of egg beater, 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of strawberries.
Post workout: banana, 50g protein shake.
Meal 2: 6oz chicken breast, 1 7/10 cup of sweet potatoes.
Meal 3: 6oz chicken breast, 1 cup of wild brown rice.
Meal 4: 6 oz chicken breas, 1 cup of wild brown rice, 2 Celery sticks with natural peanut butter, And a cup of green grapes.
Meal 5: same as meal 3
Meal 6: 6oz Swai fillet, 1 cup of wild brown rice, cup of raw broccoli, 1 avocado.
Pre bed: 60g casein shake.
This was my last bulking diet during my last bulker that took me from 215 to about 228-230.

Concerns: being able to eat 5k Cals on anadrol. I've heard that it causes pretty serious appetite suppression. I was considering using EQ to maybe combat this(?) but that would be 3 compounds in one cycle I've never used(included NPP, even though it's just a short ester nandrolone)

Goals: hit about 240+ and end up on my cruise staying around 240.

Workout(just overview.... Won't go into set/reps, Cardio, etc.)
Day 1: chest, calves.
Day 2: back, forearms(deadlift included)
Day 3: legs, abs (quad emphasis/more bending at the knee movements)
Day 4: shoulders, calves
Day 5: arms, forearms
Day 6: Legs, abs(glute/hip movement emphasis/Squats)
Rest or repeat

Cycle will also consist of caber at 1mg/wk(monday and Thursday)
Aromasin 12.5mg-25mg ED.
And insulin the last 4 weeks at 10-12ius ED pre workout
(Carb shake will be added at this point)

Without going into much detail, I had some testicle issues. I'm sterile anyway.

First of all, sorry to hear about the "issues" man...total shit. Secondly....jesus christ bro, you're jacked as F for your age! Hell, for ANY age! Not sure if I was ever as big at your age...who the f*ck am I kidding...no way...lol. I had solid size but you're big bro. You almost look like you're looking to compete

I'm not a pro, but I'm a lot older and have done plenty of research (and made plenty of mistakes as well) and the best input I've got is, please make sure you get checked up, brother. I agree with rocketballz as you do look like you've got some water retention and this clearly ain't your fist cycle and I'm just hoping you haven't done any irrevocable damage on the rest of your body.

I'm over 40 now and finding myself being paranoid as shit every time I feel "off" somehow. It's not fun...don't end up the same. Cheers buddy

Thanks man! I am looking to compete next year.

Yeah I am a little bloated in this one I feel, I was actually carb cycling here.

But yeah I get regular check ups by my doc as well as on cycle blood work. I have my AIs nailed down pretty good... It's the lipid profile I always really keep my eye on.

BIngo! My ethnicity and a few other things say my lipid profile should be fine at my age. I'm not red-lining or anything, but I have to watch it and I shouldn't have to. Is that a result of my past mistakes? Maybe. I feel confident it's part of it...don't do the same
