Go to 12Weeks and welcome to the family. 600 done right should be good as long as you had enough break time from last cycle. A good basic bulker like you posted is best as ya now now. Slow n grow but keep the gains when done right.
@ zewi too What do you guys think about ai could I hold off a little or should I stick to that plan and how about my pct ?
zewiAI should always be on hand. Not everyone takes an AI cause they never have sides. As for me i always run Arimidex at .25mg e3d starting no later than week 4. However, I start it right away, keeps my bloating down, and estro in check. I would rather already have something in my body ready to fight sides, then have the sides then try to fight it. I tend to recover better when taking an AI.
Arimidex at .25 e3d is a nice safe start, not to much not to little, just a little estro check in the body. so if sides come you no you can adjust. You nipples fill sore so you change to .25mg EOD or .25mg ED nipples still a little sore so you go to .5mg EOD or .5mg ED..
I would hate not have something in my body already fighting sides, than to wake up and nipples are sore, and you have to fight it, and your so worried you go over board and cause more sides.

Sweet! Receptors should be more than good to go! Straight test will be slower acting than tren. But a good 12lbs is good gains.
