+ 4 Cruise Health Check - no T or E2
This pull is about 3 weeks into my cruise after running hot for 24 weeks and finishing with some heavy orals for the last 4. I'm pretty happy with the pull. I had been sitting on some injectable glutathione I picked up, and I'm just going to leave it for now. I trained pretty hard 12 hours before the pull, the AST is a little elevated from that. Lipids are the best I have ever seen, maybe even over corrected for cruise, but I'm not going to change my script dosing at this time. Based on the Iron tests, I'm going to start supplementing EOD.
Current dosing is 250 T, 168 Primo, 4iu HGH, 50mcg igf1 lr3 post workout. I'm off Reta, having a hard time gaining, starting counting cals in Snapcalorie. I'm bouncing between 195-205, and to be honest, after being a fatty for so long, I don't hate it. Lifts keep going up and some dude at a convenience store told me I looked like an Avenger last week.
I'm going to pull a more comprehensive panel at about 10 weeks in for a real cruise baseline. I'm already thinking about the IL DHB calling my name.

I split my D into morning and night.
Jesus. I am so jealous of your lipids. Appreciate you dropping the sauce as well!
Did you recently donate blood? That’d explain the ferritin.
Labs looks really solid brother. I’ve got cholesterol envy. What are you taking to help manage your lipids?
or the Reta....my ferritin is fucking low from glp-1s. Never donated blood.
Yea, it’s ironic that ferritin is low is guys like us. We eat lots of lean meat, so one would imagine that iron would always be high.
I recently discovered that ‘restless leg syndrome’ is a side effect of low ferritin as well.
I just got bloodwork today so interested to see where I land. Been off Reta for about 1.5 months now.
I have it ordered in my July test.. this month was my TRT lab... completly worthless besides for test and e2, free test maxes at 50 gaaaayyyyy
Super gay!! Lol
two boys fucking in a catholic church gay
Dang I never considered this. I’ll be sure to check my ferritin levels this cut. Last cut with Reta I did notice I was a lot more cold than I normally am, but I chalked that up to just being light/depleted in general.
The end of Dec was the first and last time I dropped a pint, and I haven't fully recovered since. I was going to start supplementing iron earlier, but I'm not anemic and I didn't have a full iron pull.
My med and supplement stack is ridiculous at this point, but this is where I'm at, thanks in a large part to eroids members:

Dayum! And I thought my supplement stack was a big one! Lol
Great job on doing labs. I have got to be better about this myself. No doubt the most important part of it all. +1
