Nearly 12,000 ng/dL on 510mg Test? How?

I just got my bloodwork done on 160mg Test Cypionate (TRT baseline script) + 350mg Test Enanthate (UGL gear) per week
I pay extra money for the >1500 ng/dL number at the private lab
Results came back at -
Total Testosterone - 12,071.1 ng/dL
How crazy is that?
Also DHEA-Sulfate is over 1,000 ug/dL!!!!! Insane!! Never seen this before.
Do you think that my UGL gear Test E is overdosed massively? No PIP at all. Also I don't feel any different than normal.
Usually when I run 500mg/week my total testosterone is about 2,500-3,500 ng/dL.
Bloodwork was taken 4 days after injection (Friday morning)
I usually take shot Monday morning and Thursday night, but for bloodwork I waited until Friday morning to inject after blood was drawn

Why is the free test and dhea under the low section but numbers read high? AI mistake or am i reading wrong?

12,000 on 500mg makes zero sense … either that vial is dosed by a mad scientist or something’s off with the test. I’d double check labs before you start thinking you found the holy grail

I call bullshit on this...why not throw up a pic? It's either some troll shit or an error on the lab side.
1 you could be a troll, 2 could be lab error, 3/4 could be overdosed gear(compounded pharmacies are not the same as real real pharmacies, so if you are on some online trt that test could be overdosed or so could your ugl) 5 no proof ,6 list goes on and on
