+ 1 What drives you crazy when you look for products?

Considering the sheer number of suppliers on the market, what irritates you the most?
We live in an age of scams, complex and multiple payment methods, and difficult communication. What is your perspective, and what is most important from your perspective?

been ordering from dragqueen phartmolester an satisfied with the products, but looking for other legitamite suppliers! any recommendation?
For me it’s pretty simple: transparency and communication.
Delays happen. I get that. What drives me nuts is outdated testing, vague answers after payment, or “domestic” claims that clearly aren’t.
If a source:
Has recent HPLC/COAs
Is clear about carrier oils/solvents
Communicates honestly when there’s a delay
I’ll wait. Patiently
What kills trust fast is silence, recycled tests, or staying active publicly while ignoring customers. Fast shipping is nice, but consistency and honesty are what keep me ordering long term.
I can see that communication is a key for all of us. Having dedicating team just to communicate is what you look for and what we have and every source should have.
There is no way to have source without problems like lack of products or problems with shipment. If there is a thinking person there you can figure everything out.
Now this is going to be a little different when comparing UK to International Sources, but my main bug bare is dispatch/postal times. I appreciate when ordering International then often the order is forwarded by the Source to the Lab in question then dispatched and sent in bulk deliveries to the courier - So I assume that means one main shipment per week is sent via someone who's job it is to get it to the courier. I think allowing 1 week for the package to become active, have a live tracking number and be actually in the system is fair, so what pisses me off is when 2 weeks have gone by and its STILL not in the system yet!!
In the UK it can be a little different, as the busier sources will post every day and the quieter ones tend to be every other day. I do appreciate though sometimes it is done only a few times a week to limit exposure times for whoever's job it is to transport the packages to the Post Office to reduce the chances in getting nicked by the Law! LOL
What I think is fair is for the package to be sent the next working day after payment has been made, or at the latest the 2nd day after that. I've had it many times in the early days of trying various UK sources out where I would do a Bank Transfer and it wouldn't get sent till a week later, Hell sometimes I've even had to literally beg the owner to send my gear to me after 2 weeks of him having my money which is just a bloody joke!! Some of these guys amazingly are still running too. I can't really think of anything else as you can clearly see the Labs the source stocks, the payment methods etc before you order.
Of course one advantage of being Press1 is that my packages never come late any more LMFAOOO
That's something we don't understand when customers needs to wait for products for weeks.
Sometime there is a lack off products and you just can't send it but we have something called internet and emails to communicate.
If products are in stock they should be shipped next day, it should be in all companies policy.
Thank you for your comment mate! Hopefully you wont need to beg for your products ;)
UNIT_when sources post old hplc test from 2 years ago and nothing recent
Ranger3252A supposed domestic order that takes over two months to land.
I understand this reference
jitterbug128Means it probably wasnt domestic and u just paid extra
Ranger3252It was a dig at a certain src who claims to be domestic.
HAHAHAHHAHAHAAA LMFAOOO
jitterbug128Wow thats crazy
Wait a dishonest drug dealer. Are you sure?
Ranger3252I’m HIV positive about this lol
LOL
What erks me is sources that have no control over who is packing and shipping their orders so you constantly get wrong items or missing items. They apologize and reship but its still never fixed because they have no control to hold the dumb ass warehousemen responsible. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
Having people in charge of them is crucial. You can't fck up on a last step of customer journey.
Very good point mate!
When gear shows up looking different than advertised. Eg: npp that appears to be tren..
Give it a rest. Inject your Tren and start watching tranny porn with rest of us. --
Okayyyy
Pretty sure that brand only uses GSO. Could be part of it.
jitterbug128lol that npp does look a bit weird
Tastes just like horse cum tho. Is that weird or naw?
Who the fuck can afford horse cum?
jitterbug128no im pretty sure thats how they make it, yours mustve just been from an ugly ass horse
Got it. I kinda like the taste tho
Next time have your horse or bro eat Pineapple first then you will have dessert.
My horse is named Enrique, and he don't like pineapple or showers.
When the lab results are years old.
Lack of transparency on what solvent/oil is used
This is me. I literally have to send out 10 emails to different people trying to get an answer on what solvent/oil is used. Feel like it would save them as well as me headache if you just label it on your site.
Agree on this one as well. Right up there with outdated testing
jitterbug128This is far and above the worst imo as well. Also the near complete lack of testing on the oil and solvents on the off chance that an hplc is available. Nearly put me off of ugl oils completely
I guess nowadays everyone is manufacturing products from scratches. After big changes in US market looks much different then few years before.
Cheap = No stock
Stocked = Expensive
Good products = Shit communication
Somehow has all the positives= Shipping is slow as fuck
Don't get me wrong, there have been several companies to check all the boxes in the past. But it seems like something comes along to derail them and some never recover from that.
I saw a logistics company business card about a year ago that put everything in life into a wonderful perspective
"Good. Cheap. Fast. Pick two"
It can be cheap and good, but won't be fast.
It can be good and fast, but it won't be cheap.
It can be fast and cheap, but it won't be good.
Unfortunately thats a rules of business. It's really hard to get every box checked and still earn from it.
What was the thing that turns you mad? If you need to pick one of them?
I'd say poor communication is the worst offense by a source. Especially if they continually post on forums or telegram but not directly to customers to resolve issues with orders or shipments
Your not alone brother. Communication is a key!
When there’s a lack of HPLC testing on products
There is a lot of companies that already has a lot lab test results, but you are 100% right about it. It's crucial to stay safe and get what you pay for.
Have you ever missed with product description regarding composition?
Definitely, now compared to 10 years ago is night and day in how much testing is being done. And I know it’s expensive but in my experience it’s an investment, if you have tests proving that your product is dosed properly and is in clean oils, you’ll get much more sales and repeat customers. Personally everything I’ve received has been accurate, but subsequently I only stock up on products with tests haha
