The Test E 400 was more than I usually use. I have been doing 300mg a week for every cycle for a while. I figured another 100mg wouldn't be a big difference. Not sure if it was my old source for Test E, which was great to me, or the extra 100mg. But this Test E 400 kicked major butt. I literally felt like I took double of what I usually take.
The Clomid was on point as well. I felt level hormonally and I didn't feel bloated at all.
The Cialis no matter agree I get it has always had a delayed affect on me, but I didn't have to wait for it to kick in this time.
Initially, my fill order didn't arrive. I contacted customer service and was asked to complete a few steps f then to verify my order and the items i did receive.
Once i completed the steps, the remainder of my order was was immediately sent. Smooth as silk.
Despite the dual shipping, which wasn't a big deal. Mistakes happen. Both arrived were quicker than expected and packaged very discreetly and securely.
For the quality, one would expect to pay more.

+ 1Overall my experience is always great with OSgear. This go I ordered 3 bottles of TNE and Superdrol. I use the TNE as preworkout on my current cycle that is about to end. And on occasion when the wife wants to F***** like a house cat. Shipping was fast. Got to me no issues like always. They are quick to respond on PM. My go to for TNE and orals.
Will use the superdrol when I jump on a blast in Oct. TNE hits quick. 50-75mg is what I typically run. Only on workout days or bedroom cardio days. Rager in 5,4,3,2... Huge pumps in the gym, strength if you're consistently using. No sides really. Just have to deal with E2. Take some AI before you inject. Does the trick. I love this stuff. Part preworkout for the gym, part preworkout for the bedroom. lol
Top notch as always. Don't really ever have issues with these guys but they respond quickly to PMs.

-2Easy ordering, fast shipping, but my two lab tests show that the Testosterone that I received (Beligas and Ultima) was probably 1/4 strength or lower than labeled.
I ordered 10 vials of both Beigas and Ultima Test Cyp. My libido kept decreasing, sleep was worse, etc. over the months of taking both brands so I did my labs. My free T had dropped from 26.7 (when using another company's gear) to 13.2 over the months that I was using the gear from Osgear. I doubled my dosage and still a few weeks later my free T had dropped down to 12.1. So from how much I increased the dosage over my previous dosage with good gear, and the free T results obtained, this gear from Osgear is 1/4 strength or less than what it's labeled as.
I asked customer service about underdosed T. They told me they stand behind their products and that I could take their gear to any lab for testing and they would pay for it. Then in another email they they told me that I should send it to a specific lab they specified and that if it came back underdosed, they would give me store credit. So, if I have to send it to a lab they specify, that's suspicious and I wouldn't trust the results. And since the gear is clearly underdosed (judging by my physical reactions and two LabCorp lab tests) I'm not interested in a store credit to get more underdosed gear.
Customer services via email was generally answered within 24 hours.
Shipping was fast and they sent me a free box of tadalafil.

Super Primo 200: Was able to grab some before shortage and definitely the smoothest 200 primo to pin barely any pip. Have been running for some time with great results.
Accutane 20: Was doing 10mg EOD as an experiment and definitely worked all my back acne is gone and hasn’t returned. Also with minimal damage to my liver as I tracked through blood work and was using tudca through the whole process. The negatives were definitely dry lips and the amount of money I spent buying blistex.
Test Prop: Amazing product nothing negative just a a horny fuck. Love using prop when I come down to TRT.
They even threw in a DBOL which is always appreciated, I personally don’t use DBOL anymore as the way it effects my blood pressure

Absolute fire --. 70/30 Tne/oxy. Put on a nice 15 pounds. Literally couldn’t stop eating. Did 3 shots of 2ml a week. For 5 weeks.

+ 1Osgear is always top notch at everything from ease of ordering, to payment, speed of processing and shipping and customer service they always have the best overall experience. Couldn’t be happier with them every time I order, even when there’s small issues (very rarely) they’re in top of it straight away.
I have run a tonne of products by now from OS, from Ultima, Nakon, Beligas to their pharma stuff. I mainly stick with Ultima and on my last run I used Ultima test e, mast e, tren ace and winstrol.
I have reviewed the test e and mast e before and I honestly think Ultima is among the best I’ve used in those compounds.
More specifically, however; in my recent comp prep, I ran a stack of Tren Ace and Winstrol, and I have to say, I was genuinely impressed by how effective and clean the cycle felt, especially considering how harsh these compounds are often made out to be and how I haven’t used them in more than 5 years due to that reason. I used Tren Ace at 140 mg per week, split into daily 20 mg injections, and 50 mg of oral Winstrol every day. I kept the injections consistent and timed my orals to match peak training hours. The results exceeded my expectations.
From early on, I noticed that I was holding onto size and fullness really well despite being in a steep calorie deficit. Usually during a hard cut like this, I expect some flatness or strength loss, but with this stack, I stayed dense, vascular, and strong right through to the end. The Tren really seemed to help preserve lean mass and gave that signature 3D, dry look, especially in areas like the shoulders and upper back. There was no water retention, and the muscle detail just kept improving the leaner I got. Winstrol contributed massively to the overall polish—it tightened everything up, pulled water out from under the skin, and gave my physique that crisp, paper-thin look that’s so hard to achieve without the right tools.
My strength in the gym barely dropped, even in the final few weeks. In fact, on some lifts, especially pressing movements, I felt stronger or at least more explosive than usual. That’s rare when you’re this depleted, and I’m confident the Tren played a big role in maintaining that output. Winstrol also added a noticeable “dry strength” effect. There was none of that soft or flat feeling you sometimes get with other compounds or when you're running low calories for weeks.
The quality of the compounds I used was clearly high. The Tren Ace was smooth, no pip at all, and very consistent in effect. It kicked in quickly and gave that dry, hard, focused feel without the brutal side effects often associated with tren. No night sweats, no random mood swings or rage, no anxiety or insomnia—just clean, hard results. Same with the Winstrol. I’ve used questionable Winstrol in the past that dried out my joints terribly, but this time around, my joints held up surprisingly well. I ran basic support supps like fish oil, taurine, and liver protection, but honestly, I still expected more issues and they never came.
Overall, this combo delivered exactly what I needed for the final stages of prep: muscle retention, fat loss acceleration, strength preservation, and a razor-sharp look. The compounds were clearly properly dosed and free from the usual junk you find with underdosed or poorly made gear. Minimal side effects and maximal cosmetic payoff—I’ll definitely consider this stack again for future preps.
Customer service is always great, any questions or issues they’re straight onto it and answer in detail or fix any problems promptly.
Shipping was the average for international to my country, about two weeks. Packaging discreet and secure.
Always recommend them to anyone I know. They’re number 1 for a reason.

+ 2I have been taking the winstrol at 12.5mg (half a tablet) and accutane for 60 days now, and can properly notice effects in both of these products over time. Both of these were paid with a testosterone base at TRT levels, so no extra hormones or liver taxing compounds.
The winstrol has had a massive effect on reducing water retention during my cut phase (where I am usually more watery anyways, DHT's help alot). I have noticed balding a bit harder, as I am not doing ANY hairloss prevention, so this is expected and normal for me with more DHT based like winstrol. Increased pumps in the gym starting from 2 weeks in, and a tiny bit more angst in my day to day. God I love DHT though, its very easy to bring out that anger in the gym for even more results.
The accutane has had my skin clear up, but it does take some time. I have opted for a low dose of 15mg per day, and this seems to actually be my way of thinking as to how accutane ought be dosed. Low dose, for along time, for no side effects. No suicidal thoughts like the boogeymane of accutane is supposed to be. Overall amazing, and I will continue to run the accutane for roughly 3 more months depending on the status of breakouts (currently seeing about a 60% reduction in overall acne in the body, much less cystic acne (despite being on an oral hormone aswell)).
Winstrol Nakon medical 25mg - Easy to split, can dissolve under toungue but it taste like baby powder so i prefer to swallow personally. No feelings of sickness or liver pain when taking.
Accutane Ultima 25mg - A bit harder to split, but the product works as expected. No feelings of sickness, and i prefer to take it at night before bed.
OS gear is always very responsive with products and questions, and have always treated me nicely aswell. Ordering was as easy as anywhere else.
Very discreet, and shipping times were as promised. No issues with seizures yet.
Overall a great experience trying these products and I would be interested to try the heavier compounds from these labs/company.
