Ultima and Nakon are excellent brands. My arsenal is stocked with them right now. Gear, Ai, Peptides, everything I’ve tried has been incredible.

+ 1Great experience and super happy as always with Pmroids.
3 Pharmaqo Primo 175, 1 Test E 300 and 1 GIFT dbol 10mg 100 tabs. It wasn't planned but as I was gifted with it I've used dbol as a quick starter for the first 4 weeks at 30mg per day. I didn't specially like the LOOK of my physique but CLEARLY helps with the quality of the workout : better pump, feeling good and strong. Now the BEST. Primo at 3ml per week in 2 shots of 1.5ml so total 525mg and 500mg of test E in 2 shots as well. It took at least 4 weeks to quick in (that's why dbol was there during this time) but when it's on, it's ON. Physique improved really fast, gained some solid size and real gains. I tend to stay in the same range bodyweight. I would gain 5-10lbs and lose even more after weeks but the physique would be dramatically different. The primo is VERY GOOD quality. No PIP, melting the fat, round and full muscles. Test does its job.

Lab tested gear always comes back exactly what it says is. And always no pip and strong effects. Great gear wouldn’t buy anywhere else. NPP 150 from beligas had me feeling great in the gym. Energetic and had no issues with prolactin. Little acne I titrated up to 750mg a week but still tolerable and smooth.
Communication has always been great they even sent me a free gift. I can never complain.

I quit smoking without planning to quit it, thanks to Tirzepatide. A friend of mine gave me his remaining unused 4 vial of Ultima Tirzepatide before my cut. I’ve never used it before, I’ve never used Sema as well. I decided give it a shot so I ordered 4 vials of Ultima Tirzepatide on pmroids aswell and used them 3 months without any break.
I mixed a vial with 1 ml bacteriostatic water. The first month I used 0.4 ml a week (2 mg), second month 0.6 ml a week (3 mg), And the third month 1 ml a week (5 mg). Injections were on every Monday morning with insulin syringes around belly. I didn’t feel any irritation or redness etc. injections were smooth.
The first three days were insane! I literally didn’t want to eat at all. I felt full all day. I had to force myself to eat. But it wasn’t only food, ı didn’t want to drink or smoke. Fourth and fifth days were slightly better, I wanted to eat but I had forced myself to myself to finish a portion of food. At the weekend I didn’t feel strong surpass about eating but it was still there and I felt full with smallest portion of food. So I don’t think an injection every 5 days necessary and I stick with my plan, finished 3 months an injection a week. I lost 15 pounds on the first month.
There is this tho, just like the week, the month also had declining effect on me. The second week the strong surpass was a little bir less, and the Forth week it was like sundays from the start of the week. When I increased the dose on second month it wasn’t like the first month. I believe it was because I increased my dose a little bit. From 2 mg to 3 mg didn’t make me feel like the first week of the experience. But still no desire of sugar, drinking or smoking at all. I started smoking less and less on the second month. By time during the second month it’s effect got lesser. Comparing the first ever week with 2 mg and 8th week with 3 mg wasn’t enough increasing I guess. I lost 10 pounds on the second month.
On the last month, the injections were 5 mg a week and I just felt like the start. I was forgetting eating. Eating wasn’t crossing my mind at all. I stopped smoking and drinking at the weekends as well. It was the same from the start till end, at the weekend I wanted to eat. There is this tho, even I didn’t feel strong surpass on sixth or seventh days, it was still there and after the last week, I didn’t back to normal immediately. It still took like 2 weeks without injections to get back to normal. I lost another 5 pounds on the last month.
It’s been almost 2 months I didn’t drink at all, not a single sip. I didn’t smoke. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months. I love the outcome.
I cannot compare it to any other brand while it’s my first and only Tirzepatide experience, I love the quality, effects and results. It does the job.
I received gifts. Ultima Testosterone (I haven’t started using it because my stock was already full), and Ultima Dbol (I won’t use it at all). Dbol was unnecessary gift but it was a surprise so thank you. I asked 3 questions and they answered me in 24 hours. Communication was good as expected.
They shipped it faster than I expected. Mostly sources ships in 3-4 days to a week but they shipped it in 2 days. USPS part was slow tho. I got it in 3 weeks total even tho they shipped earlier. It’s not on them, I was checking the process, it was USPS.
I could say the price is reasonable but they always have an active promotion, with promotions the price is definitely cheap. I bought 4 but paid only for three. Plus free testosterone, it’s fair to say, it was cheap.
I believe I should have done 2 mg, 4 mg, 6 mg instead of 2 mg, 3 mg and 5 mg. Increasing the dose 50% should be better. Lesson learned.

+ 1I have used this source numerous times over the years and the experience is always the same. High quality gear, excellent customer service, timely delivery and a wide variety of products available. I highly recommend PMR.
The order I am reviewing was for 8X Ultima Semaglutide. My wife and I both use it and have had incredible results. When we both started at 0.25 mg weekly we experienced the more common side effects such as nausea and constipation. However these side effects went away over time as we slowly increased our dose and our bodies became used to it.
The appetite suppression is phenomenal. It also significantly reduces the “food noise” aka cravings to snack in between meals. I am currently cutting and running 2 mg weekly and drop to 0.5 mg weekly when bulking.
I can also tell that it significantly increases the amount of time it takes food to empty from my stomach. I used to eat 45 minutes before lifting but had to roll that back to an hour and fifteen minutes to give my body time to absorb the nutrients from my pre-workout meals. My weight fluctuates due to the bulking and cutting cycles, so I can’t attribute an exact amount of weight loss since I began Semaglutide therapy. However, my wife has lost over 60 lbs. I am leaner than I’ve ever been and was able to get down close to single digit body fat for the first time in my life.
All of the vials were crimped tight, had a nice vacuum when reconstituting and appear to be dosed accurately as there has never been any fluctuations in side effects or results. Unfortunately, since this isn’t a hormone I can’t just run bloods to confirm dosing accuracy, but I am confident due to the consistent results.
To notch customer service. All questions are answered within 24 hours and they threw in a free 50 ct Ultima D-Bol as a gift.

Week 1 – Dose: Started at 30mcg/day, split between both quads post-workout (sub-Q) Took it immediately post-training, rotating sites. Within the first few days, I felt a slight boost in recovery Gym pumps were more intense than usual, even though I didn’t change much nutritionally.
Appetite picked up a bit, not out of control, but I was noticeably hungrier throughout the day.
No negative sides yet. Energy felt stable, no signs of hypo.
Week 2 – Starting to Kick In Dose: Stayed at 30mcg/day, post-workout. Recovery was noticeably better. I could hit legs hard and feel fresh 24–36 hours later. I started seeing minor lean gains ,Vascularity increased, especially in the arms and shoulders. I had one instance of slight dizziness after a fasted morning workout, so I made sure to get a carb source in pre-injection after that.
Week 3 – Upped dose slightly to 40mcg/day, only on training days. Switched to intramuscular (shoulders and quads) to test absorption difference.
This was the week I really felt it. I started to fill out physically, and my muscles had that full, round look 24/7.
I hit a couple personal bests in my lifts, especially on compound movements. Pumps were almost too much at times, my arms would feel so tight! Recovery continued to impress me, it honestly felt like I could train more often without the usual wear and tear.
I noticed some tightness in the jaw and hands, probably due to water retention or mild growth-related effects.
Still no signs of insulin resistance or any digestive issues.
Week 4: Dropped back to 30mcg/day, just to taper a bit and not overshoot. Dialed up intensity slightly to capitalize on the final stretch.
I gained about 4.5–5 lbs of clean muscle, with minimal (if any) fat gain. Vascularity and muscle separation improved.
Recovery is on another level. I had zero bloat, no acne, no suppression signs. Libido and mood were stable.
Sleep quality was better (possibly due to the recovery effects or better nutrient partitioning).
Overall I am very pleased and will be throwing IGF-1 in my cycles!

Very pleased. I noticed more definition around abs and shoulders. Greater vascularity throughout, good pumps. Can't wait to run it again at a higher dose.

+ 1My overall experience: This review covers two orders that I placed at the same time—these were my seventh and eighth orders, which speaks for itself. I prefer ordering from PM rather than anywhere else because I know the entire process runs smoothly.
There is no doubt about the quality of the products. I believe the brand Hilma BioCare truly does everything possible to provide its customers with the best possible quality of individual substances. One minor criticism I have is that it’s not clearly communicated which solvents are used. There are certain solvents, like Guaiacol, that could potentially raise CRP levels. However, I don’t believe any illegitimate carrier oils or solvents are being used, as my lab results show no elevated CRP. My overall well-being also doesn’t indicate anything to the contrary. I find it hard to imagine that there is any low-quality carrier oil or solvent involved.
I usually always order the same products from Hilma BioCare. And if Hilma isn’t available, I’d rather wait than switch to another brand. The products I typically order are Testosterone Enanthate, Cypionate, and Drostanolone—occasionally also Oxandrolone. For this delivery, I ordered Testosterone Enanthate and Masteron (i.e., Drostanolone), and I also received a free sample of D-Bol (Methandienone).
What I can say right away is that all the oils I’ve injected are absolutely smooth. There’s no post-injection pain at all, and the effects speak for themselves.Before this cycle, I took a short break and went completely off for just two or three weeks. Still, I noticed immediately after starting the testosterone that my libido improved, my overall well-being was upregulated, and I was able to perform at a high level again, both in terms of strength and recovery. Masteron also started to show its effects rather quickly. Its mild diuretic effect is clearly noticeable—granted, this requires already having a low body fat percentage. But the general sense of well-being that Masteron is known for is also significantly enhanced.
And yes, I have to say—Dianabol is truly a powerhouse. After a certain amount of time, you definitely notice a significant increase in explosive strength. Even when taken for just four weeks, with rest days in between and at doses of 30 to 40 mg, you can expect to see a 15 to 20% boost in strength. It also brings a certain kind of motivation and drive in the gym that other compounds simply don’t seem to match.
Since I didn’t want to blindly incorporate this compound into my routine, I approached it with a bit of a different strategy. I only took Dianabol on training days, pre-workout, and kept the dose between 30 and 40 mg per day. Due to its short half-life, this approach helps avoid building up high concentrations of methyl estradiol in the body. As a result, many of the negative side effects that could occur—especially when taking it two to three times a day, every day, including on rest days—can either be avoided altogether or at least significantly minimized in advance.
For me, Masteron is a “happy drug” that has a very positive impact on the psyche. And of course, the dryness it brings, the way it affects muscle hardness and overall physique, is fascinating. From a strength perspective as well, I find Masteron’s impact to be very noticeable.
That said, it would truly be great if manufacturers in general were a bit more transparent in this regard. There are potential risks for customers that could be avoided from the very beginning through clearer communication. So this is really my request to the industry—and perhaps this message contributes, even in a small way, to changing the mindset toward more transparency about the substances actually present in these products.
I am very satisfied with the services of PM. It is a reliable source that does everything possible to maintain customer satisfaction at a top level. + 1Very positive. The cycle with Ultima and Hilma's Anavar (20mg daily) and Primobolan, taken alongside Enclomiphene, delivered noticeable results. Strength went up, muscle definition improved, and the compounds felt effective throughout.
Both the Anavar and Primo felt legit clean, well-dosed, and consistent. Strength gains and definition were clear indicators of quality. No unexpected sides, just a lil hair thinning :-), which suggests good purity and formulation.
