Quicker gains than cyp for me with less bloat.
Tested and worked great for me. Put on something like 12lb of lean muscle in 8wk.
Mild pip surprisingly, never seen that from ultima before but it could just be my glute for all I know.

its a really good product, pinning isnt that bad, the endurance and stamine tho are pretty good.
strength is decent on the dose i was on, nothing crazy.

I like using testosterone enantate because it keeps my endurance and stamina in better place in comparison to cyp, the only problem is sometimes the enanthate ester pin is a little bit painfull, other than that, no complains. the laboratory is prety serious, packaing and overall product experience is good.

Nice Test E for all cycles and general TRT use. Never any soreness from this stuff it’s always smooth. Print on vials has been improved but is still very small. Other than that, a super solid product with great packaging and appeal.

+ 1I started with 125mg every 3.5 days and didn’t touch anything else in my protocol. By week 4, I felt the usual improvements—more drive, better workouts, and deeper sleep. Mid-cycle bloods showed me sitting at 935 ng/dL, which is exactly where I wanted to land. No dips, no weird fluctuations. Felt steady the entire time.
The lab results backed up the quality. Levels were predictable, and nothing felt underdosed or spiked. I’ve used pharmacy-grade Enan before, and this held up well in comparison. No odd side effects, no bunk signs. It’s legit and consistent—definitely not bathtub brew.
Nothing major to report. A tiny bit of soreness once when I rushed the injection, but when I slowed down and warmed up the vial a bit, it was smooth as butter. No swelling, no lumps, and zero post-shot discomfort beyond that one time. Carrier oil feels high quality.

At first I purchased 400 but it had quite a bite so I went with 250. Much more smoother and nearly zero PiP.

Great for cutting and a lean bulk. test is test as they say but honestly is not the case these days, as there are many bad products out there, but this is a excellent one. Anything by Ultima Pharma is reliable and safe and consistent.

I reccomend ultima pharma for any of their products. I have always trusted them. I love the ultima-enan. It is a clean and simple test base and something I run on year round. I like that it is just the enan that it does not have the aggression issues have felt from test blended with other hormones.
I would buy again. I especially like to stock up on this when a supplier has them on sale in bulk. I run it about 1 vial lasting 6 weeks.

+ 1KingxmadBeen using pharma grade test for years (trt) and my bloods didn't change in a negative way using ultimas test. Workouts have been great and definitely have more stamina to get through those tougher workouts. Constantly seeing progress on ultima test. Leaning out while maintaining strength on a cut.
Definitely works as intended. switched from pharma grade to this and my bloods remained the same after two tests. quality stuff
I did not have any sides on this product at a trt dose doing subq injections.
Feel insanely good on ultimas test. Libido through the roof and great stamina. Cant recommend enough

Always my go to between cycles. .5 ml a week keeps me feeling good and maintains all my progress from the previous cycle. 250 is the perfect dose for blasting whether you’re doing 1 or 2 ml per week. 250 MG a week brought my testosterone from 400 to 1440 total test.

This has been the only testosterone product that I use throughout my journey. I don’t plan on switching to any other manufacture, Ultima is my most trusted and I’m gonna stick with them to the end.
Purchased Ultima-Enan 400. I find that using a higher concentration of testosterone works well for me and convenient for running high doses. It tends to cause mild pin tho so I suggest warming it up beforehand. Expect to have a boost in strength, and faster recovery

My favorite brand lately
Body weight jumped by about 22 pounds in about 8 weeks although some was water weight. Recovery was so much better. Libido and well being increased drastically as well. The strength increases were very noticeable.
The Test-E 400 does exactly as you would expect it to do. My blood tests were maxed out because they were capped at 1500Test and >50.0Free which were done at 8 weeks. All the sides were very tolerable and can be mitigated with ancillaries.
The Pip is the only problem with the Test-E400. It only lasts a couple days and can be bad depending on inject location. Although it is noticeable, you can still function normally. I also held a lot of water on this product which I got under control a few weeks later.
All of the Ultima products I have tried have been effective exactly the way they should be, especially the Test-E 400 version. I saw massive improvements in strength and recovery with a huge boost in libido but it also has some the sides to go with it such as water retention, acne, and slight pip.
This is an excellent product. It performed exactly as intended, good and bad. I plan to stock up on more of these in the future if I don’t switch to Cyp.

+ 3I feel as if this is a generic run of the mill test, body weight has still steady been increasing , i was taking 600mg weekly. Erections and vigor are still nowhere near running other major UGL
In my opinion, Ultima is a reliable brand. I've used their testosterone for an extended period, including a cycle with their masteron a during a cutting phase. I've been very happy with the results from both.
0 pip. Always keep my e2 under good management, with blood work every month.
I've used Ultima's testosterone at 600mg cycles and then maintained levels with 250mg weekly for a Boosted TRT. Each experience has been excellent. I'm currently on TRT and have maintained my gains since my last cycle ended.
Good product. Ultima delivers what is on the label. I’ve run cycles and have cruised. Currently cruising on TRT dose and it’s doing just fine.

Every time have been very satisfied. Currently cruising now and haven’t lost anything since coming off my last cycle.
I would say Ultima is definitely credible. I’ve run their test for a while and have done a cycle of their Tren A. Have been very satisfied with both.

On regular pharma Test I'm always around 1100 on labs as far as total T. I used Ultima-Enan250 for 3 weeks and ran labs again, to my surprise I was a hair over 1300 total using the same 150mg/wk dose.
I'd say definitely credible. Second time running Ultima's Test and both times had great labs.
No PIP. As far as side effects, I am using this for TRT purposes. Since I didn't come off my Pharma Test before testing the Ultima it's near impossible to tell the difference, although I didn't lose any of the standard side effects. So I would say increased libido, sustaining my morning erections which I didn't have off of TRT, increased energy, better mood, and more motivation throughout the day.
Pretty standard test as far as the compound, slightly overdosed

Lab is real, it delivers what it says on label.
No water retention for me, and its most for my diet and cardio all the time. No pip after injection.
Just like other ultima compounds, this testosterone is real and no joke. I like ultima pharma and i will keep ordering from this source. Hopefully they dont change quality.

+ 8My first cycle with this brand felt like using pharma grade, i broke my bodyweight record too.
Second cycle with Ultima, as i said earlier, i have 0 benefits or sides.
0 credibility when one batch works and other doesnt.
But most importantly, A HAIR INSIDE A VIAL??? Sorry, but NO. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER trust this brand again.
When it was working i got the usual testosterone side effects.
0 pip when injection technique is good.
Found a hair inside a vial. First cycle with this brand was great, i would give it a 10...
But now on second cycle using Ultima i have literally 0 effects. Testosterone isnt creatine, i mean when you use it YOU KNOW its working. Im almost on week 5 and dont have more strength, appetite, libido or endurance. Also i ALWAYS get high bp due to water retention with test and with this my bp is normal and im not bloated.
I didnt get bloods done but i would bet that this batch is bunk.
