Week 1 – Dose: Started at 30mcg/day, split between both quads post-workout (sub-Q) Took it immediately post-training, rotating sites. Within the first few days, I felt a slight boost in recovery Gym pumps were more intense than usual, even though I didn’t change much nutritionally.
Appetite picked up a bit, not out of control, but I was noticeably hungrier throughout the day.
No negative sides yet. Energy felt stable, no signs of hypo.

Week 2 – Starting to Kick In Dose: Stayed at 30mcg/day, post-workout. Recovery was noticeably better. I could hit legs hard and feel fresh 24–36 hours later. I started seeing minor lean gains ,Vascularity increased, especially in the arms and shoulders. I had one instance of slight dizziness after a fasted morning workout, so I made sure to get a carb source in pre-injection after that.

Week 3 – Upped dose slightly to 40mcg/day, only on training days. Switched to intramuscular (shoulders and quads) to test absorption difference.

This was the week I really felt it. I started to fill out physically, and my muscles had that full, round look 24/7.
I hit a couple personal bests in my lifts, especially on compound movements. Pumps were almost too much at times, my arms would feel so tight! Recovery continued to impress me, it honestly felt like I could train more often without the usual wear and tear.

I noticed some tightness in the jaw and hands, probably due to water retention or mild growth-related effects.
Still no signs of insulin resistance or any digestive issues.

Week 4: Dropped back to 30mcg/day, just to taper a bit and not overshoot. Dialed up intensity slightly to capitalize on the final stretch.

I gained about 4.5–5 lbs of clean muscle, with minimal (if any) fat gain. Vascularity and muscle separation improved.
Recovery is on another level. I had zero bloat, no acne, no suppression signs. Libido and mood were stable.
Sleep quality was better (possibly due to the recovery effects or better nutrient partitioning).

Overall I am very pleased and will be throwing IGF-1 in my cycles!

There is no doubt about the quality of the products. I believe the brand Hilma BioCare truly does everything possible to provide its customers with the best possible quality of individual substances. One minor criticism I have is that it’s not clearly communicated which solvents are used. There are certain solvents, like Guaiacol, that could potentially raise CRP levels. However, I don’t believe any illegitimate carrier oils or solvents are being used, as my lab results show no elevated CRP. My overall well-being also doesn’t indicate anything to the contrary. I find it hard to imagine that there is any low-quality carrier oil or solvent involved.

I usually always order the same products from Hilma BioCare. And if Hilma isn’t available, I’d rather wait than switch to another brand. The products I typically order are Testosterone Enanthate, Cypionate, and Drostanolone—occasionally also Oxandrolone. For this delivery, I ordered Testosterone Enanthate and Masteron (i.e., Drostanolone), and I also received a free sample of D-Bol (Methandienone).

What I can say right away is that all the oils I’ve injected are absolutely smooth. There’s no post-injection pain at all, and the effects speak for themselves.Before this cycle, I took a short break and went completely off for just two or three weeks. Still, I noticed immediately after starting the testosterone that my libido improved, my overall well-being was upregulated, and I was able to perform at a high level again, both in terms of strength and recovery. Masteron also started to show its effects rather quickly. Its mild diuretic effect is clearly noticeable—granted, this requires already having a low body fat percentage. But the general sense of well-being that Masteron is known for is also significantly enhanced.

And yes, I have to say—Dianabol is truly a powerhouse. After a certain amount of time, you definitely notice a significant increase in explosive strength. Even when taken for just four weeks, with rest days in between and at doses of 30 to 40 mg, you can expect to see a 15 to 20% boost in strength. It also brings a certain kind of motivation and drive in the gym that other compounds simply don’t seem to match.

Since I didn’t want to blindly incorporate this compound into my routine, I approached it with a bit of a different strategy. I only took Dianabol on training days, pre-workout, and kept the dose between 30 and 40 mg per day. Due to its short half-life, this approach helps avoid building up high concentrations of methyl estradiol in the body. As a result, many of the negative side effects that could occur—especially when taking it two to three times a day, every day, including on rest days—can either be avoided altogether or at least significantly minimized in advance.

For me, Masteron is a “happy drug” that has a very positive impact on the psyche. And of course, the dryness it brings, the way it affects muscle hardness and overall physique, is fascinating. From a strength perspective as well, I find Masteron’s impact to be very noticeable.

That said, it would truly be great if manufacturers in general were a bit more transparent in this regard. There are potential risks for customers that could be avoided from the very beginning through clearer communication. So this is really my request to the industry—and perhaps this message contributes, even in a small way, to changing the mindset toward more transparency about the substances actually present in these products.

Ok so I ordered several vials of Ultima-Mass Stack 500; 1ml = 300 Test E & 200 Deca. I started at 1ml a week for about 12 weeks, then increased to 2ml a week for 12 weeks. This stuff is legit! Wow! I've never felt so horny since I was a teenager! The first experience of nandrolone hitting was crazy. Then size and strength gains were great. 5kg overall. Some fat and water but mostly muscle. I can honestly say I've never looked so good. One issue was the PIP though. Seriously debilitating at times. Huge lumps and bruising. Real shame because the gear is quality. Some.isaues with mood swings and gyno but that's my fault for .not being proactive. Product is excellent. Nice pressed tablets. I've just popped them and tried dissolving under the tongue, both methods of administration are effective. The only side effects were a slight hit on some of my blood work parameters - totally expected with orals. Packaging is super professional, as close to pharmaceutical grade as we're getting on the underground.
After a few weeks incorporating this var I noticed I'm a bit leaner in my abs especially, generally more defined everywhere else. I've been running 10mg daily as a pre-workout, so not a crazy high dose, but I've certainly noticed a synergistic effect with the test/primo that stay in the mix. Anavar is really an excellent, mild oral to add in from time to time on my "TRT+ regimen."
