My wife injected the semaglutide on Thursday night and by Saturday she couldn’t finish her meals. She gets full almost immediately. She is experiencing a little nausea in between meals so we’re trying to combat that with water and more frequent, smaller meals. It’s not terrible though. She has lost two pounds in one week

HCG- I believe is very good, I've never had pharma grade so I can't compare it, but i'm happy with it and it does work.
Semaglutide (GLP-1)- Very good.
Pinealon- Very good.
Sermorelin- Very good.

I only needed some blood pressure medication for a cycle I had already started. I ordered 40 mg tablets of Telmisartin. These seem to do a good job of getting my blood pressure back to a normal range. No adverse side effects from this were noted.

I have ordered HCG for a fertility protocol and Tirzepatide for fat loss of course. The HCG does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Though we haven’t gotten pregnant yet I can definitely tell load size is almost doubled. Also have tested bloods and my test levels have raised quite a bit. The Tirzepatide I have been on only two weeks but have definitely noticed the usual effects, decrease in appetite and slight nausea. Usual stuff. Just lets me know it’s working!

Dbol 10mg was for a little bump to my estrogen as I was dialing in my EQ dose on cycle. Was exactly what I expected and did the job perfect when I accidentally nuked my E2. Gave me a little minor water bloat as dbol typically does. Nice strength boost pre workout and great feeling mentally. The mental feeling reminded me of being a kid on the first day of summer when you feel like all is well and you're free. Before taking it my joints were achy and creaky with low libido, but once I took it for the estrogenic impact my joints felt good again and my libido came back up. If I take the dbol in the morning my appetite does go down by the end of the day because of the inherent liver impact of dbol, but by the next day it has been fine especially at this low dose. The Telmisartan was legit pharma and has been keeping my BP right where it should be. It was starting to creep into the 140s, but with the telmi is has been staying down in the 120s or lower. Saved me from some literal headaches and from hearing my heartbeat when I'm trying to go to bed.

I'd say this is definitely real high quality product. I actually didn't think Deca would work this fast. Everyone said it takes weeks to build in the system but I started noticing changes within days. I wish i started this sooner.

First things first; all products tested seem to work well and are from my experience authentic. I've never tested anything from any other company or supplier so I can't really comment on a comparison but the stuff I got seems pretty solid.

Aromasin 25 MG Tablets - Seems to work better than the pharmacy Anastrazole I normally use; I assume that's because of the rebound effect it has. That being said it's def easier to crash your Estrogen levels with Aromasin; and it takes a bit longer to regenerate than if you're using Anastrazole. But when used carefully I'd say this stuff works better than the Anastrazole since you don't need to use as much and it doesn't come with the annoying nausea as a side effect. Quality of the product seems very good; wouldn't be able to crash my Estrogen levels if it wasn't authentic lol. The only side effect I noticed without actually crashing your E levels was that on days I took the Aromasin I had trouble "finishing"; would stay hard and everything but for whatever reason the end would just not come. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Trenbolone Enanthate - Yeah I get why they call this stuff the "Monster Steroid" now; absolutely insane even in an Enanthate based ester. It's definitely authentic that's for sure. I've suffered from muscle weakness my entire life; even on TRT (got a lot of chronic illnesses; not really relevant to the review). 50 MG twice a week added to my normal TRT dose of 100 MG twice a week; the difference is absolutely nuts. It's terrible to say but you don't even really NEED to go lift weights; your body just starts packing on muscle, I've never seen anything like it. The muscle weakness that's haunted me my entire life just magically disappeared and no longer felt like a derp for struggling to pick up a 50 lb. package. Considerably more power/endurance in the gym; also perhaps more importantly I wasn't completely obliterated after a gym session, could actually go do things afterwards and I recover a lot faster too.

Tren def has some sides of course; there was some moderate insomnia (but I already have that anyway). The extra energy boost made it so I hardly noticed staying up 2 or 3 days at a time. There was also the "Tren Itch" that people occasionally write about; basically a form of Cholinergic Urticaria (or more commonly known as Prickly Heat); really fucking annoying and only seems to moderately respond to antihistamines. The horniness was a bit of an issue tbh; you could bust a nut and be looking to go again like 10 minutes later. Seemed to lower the male refractory period to basically non-existent levels. Might be fun if you're in a relationship or if you're an operator juggling multiple FWBs but I'd imagine for most guys it'll be more annoying than useful.

The mental "sides" were actually the most useful to me; TRT, stimulants, other substances... Nothing comes close to creating the sort of fearlessness that Tren does. I totally understand why this stuff is psychologically addicting. IDK maybe it's because I was using such a low dose and constantly reminding myself with little notes to not "wild out" but the confrontational nature that Tren brings out was actually pretty beneficial to me. Long as it's controlled; it's like a cheat code to get rid of physical and mental fear response.

Tirzepatide - I mean can you really go wrong with MORE of the compound available for 90$ vs the 1000$ big pharma is charging for their "pAtEntEd dEliVEry sYsTem?". Stuff 100% works; I've suffered from binge eating disorder for pretty much all my adult life and this stuff fixes it. Vyvanse and other stims didn't fix it, neither did Naltrexone or a 100 other medications and supplements I tried; I'd get "hangry" basically and be in a constant fit of rage until I ate something and also feel like I was gonna pass out/nausea/gastro symptoms etc.

This stuff again fixes it all. I can just decide not to eat for the entire day and I'm gucci.

There are some mild side effects; fatigue for one. It's not super terrible or anything; in my case it's beneficial since I'm not super jittery. I'm still testing to see if there's a beneficial Immuno-Modulation response (which the research supports but isn't really something the eggheads have quantified and defined yet).
