I’m posting here because the support on their website is completely unresponsive, and there’s no way to reach anyone for help. On my fourth order, I accidentally entered the wrong address, and it was returned to the sender. Since I couldn’t get in touch with support, I eventually gave up on that order and placed a new one. Recently, I placed my largest order yet, only to receive a message stating: “We’ve reviewed your payment status for order #*****, but unfortunately, we haven’t received any funds yet.” However, the funds were sent, and the transaction ID clearly shows the payment was processed. I hope this is just a mistake, but with no way to contact support, I’m forced to post on review sites in the hope of getting someone’s attention.

Hello everyone.
By now, as has been recently announced, most of you already know about the raw situation in AAS industry (for more information, see the previous recent posts about this situation).
Sadly, all production of raws has been stopped; there is no new stock available at all, and if someone still has any remaining stock, the prices have already increased by 2-3 times higher.
Therefore, as expected, Pharmacom Labs is forced to increase prices as a result of these raw material shortages and the significant operational cost increase.
This means the prices in the Basicstero store have been increased.
Basicstero is trying to keep prices as low as possible and currently the store only has a slight increase in prices. However, even higher prices are anticipated soon.
With the Holiday season and New Year coming, and soon afterwards the Chinese New Year, there is no additional news about the situation expected until March 2025.
By then everyone will be out of all stock. Sources will only be working with the stock they currently have and eventually everyone may be out of stock; if you search around, you can find that many brands already have nothing left to offer.
We are all hoping that the situation will be eventually be resolved and business will still be great, but this is the current situation and we must work with what we have.

I always thought China had very soft Laws towards RAW production, but obviously that has all changed overnight now. Prices Doubling does NOT sound great!! I assume this could basically hit any Labs that use Chinese RAW's then, which is pretty much most of them nowadays - even US based ones?

Tracking is not provided until after a point that allows for safety of our shippers and warehouse staff. This does not delay delivery itself (the pack is moving in the postal system even if tracking info has not been uploaded). Please be patient; this policy is intended to increase our customers' and our staff's safety.
Also, once it is authorized to be given out, someone must manually upload the tracking info into each individual order details. There can be hundreds of orders in the given time period so depending upon how much work the staff has it can take shorter or longer time to get everything uploaded to customer accounts.
When the info is uploaded, you will be able to find the tracking in the order details page on your Basicstero account.

And I think you should check your customer account on the site, most likely the tracking number is already there.
What does your order status say?
If your order status says "shipped" everything is good and you just need to wait.
If your order status says something else, then maybe there was an issue with funds or communication etc.
You can contact the source directly on their store website in the internal messenger there.
I've shopped here for many years and there has not been any problems for myself or others I know.

it was one of the best supplier for years in the past but unfortunately these days they started to be the worst. I made my last order with them 6 weeks ago and they couldn't even provide a tracking number since that. they are just keep saying be patient and wait but they don"t do anything. I was planning to make another order but I'll look for different supplier because this company not like it used to be. I had to change my whole cycle because they didn't send anything. I used them for years but now I don't recommend to anyone order from them because they are not reliable anymore and it's a very high chance you will never get your order from them.
