Works as expected. Could honestly swap this out with my RX testosterone and I wouldn't know the difference. Solid gains at 500mg/week.
It's legit test cypionate and accurately dosed. Does exactly what it's supposed to do.
No sides, minus some minor water retention but that's any testosterone, especially at higher dosages (1,000mg/week+). Zero PIP.
Nice Test Cypionate for all cycles. I generally run a long ester with daily test prop, and this definitely gets the job done. Very smooth with no PIP and dosing is on point.
Test levels shoot through the roof and stay stable throughout cycle.
Stuff is lab tested and slightly overdosed.

Great brand for Test C. I have used Test E before I started TRT and now I have only been using Test C to keep blood levels more consistent with less of a "peak". This does it for me and keeps everything consistent. I have included bloods from my latest blast of 250mg a week alonside 60mg a week of Nakon Tren E.
Tried Ultima-Cyp 250 for the first time after using another source for a couple years. The potency is definitely on point—my T levels stayed right within range after switching, and I didn’t have to tweak my protocol at all, just adjusted the volume slightly since it’s dosed a bit higher (250 mg/mL vs 200). Been on a M/W/F schedule and everything’s dialed in.
Bloodwork confirmed it’s the real deal. Numbers were consistent before and after switching, which gave me peace of mind. Smooth oil, no weird reactions, no surprises.
Zero side effects for me. Carrier oil is super clean and pulls easily into the syringe.
Super happy I took a chance on Ultima. Solid gear, no nonsense.
Been on TRT for over 4 years now, and I’ve gone through a few different sources. This is one of the smoothest, most consistent vials I’ve used. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable Cypionate option.
As I expected. This was dosed a little higher than my other bottle, but adjusted the amount to stay within range.
Great. I admit I was a little skeptical to try this - but I did a lot of research, read several reviews and went for it. Glad I did. I have since tried other products of theirs - all with great results.
None - Nothing abnormal with PIP. I sometimes get sore the next day at the injection site for a few days - but I believe it was shallow IM I since adjusted the needle length and haven't had issues.
Great product. I have about a year on TRT under my belt and decided to stray away from overpriced compounds and see what is available elsewhere. Found Ultima-Cyp and ran for 3 months. No issues for me, got my labs at the end of 3 months and my numbers were spot on where they were with compound pharmacy test.
Overall great product. For me, the proof was in the labs to validate how I felt and to reinforce that the product was great quality at a price point I was comfortable with and a top-notch supplier.
Works just as good as the much more expensive pharmacy grade cyp that I have been using.
I took the advise and recommendations of other and decided to try the Ultima brand. I am glad that I did and I believe Ultima has earned the reputation that they have for quality products.
No PIP at my dosage of 300mg/week. No sides at all at this level.
This was the first Test Cypionate that I have tried that wasn't the crazy expensive stuff that my Dr prescribes. I have to say that this Ultima Test Cypionate works just as good as the pharmacy grade stuff that I have used before. Quality packaging, appearance and efficacy. I'm glad I took the advice of others and went with an Ultima product. I cannot wait to try other products in the Ultima line.

+ 1First non-pharma test and worked well and was dosed accurately from my labs.
Ultima is a known established brand, no one is immune from scandal but they have been a well known player for some time.
None everything was good
Used Ultima Test Cyp as cheaper TRT replacement ran 160-210mg/week injected daily or EOD. Labs were always sport on at about 1200 @ lower dose and 1500ish at higher. No PIP or issues at all.

+ 1The concentration's a little higher than what I had sourced before (200 mg/mL) so I had to reduce the volume per injection to keep the same dosing. I'm on a M-W-F frequency for shots, and after using the Ultima-Cyp for 4 weeks my T levels were basically unchanged from 1157 to 1077.
The carrier oil used in the vial is also super smooth and way easier to draw into my syringe using a 27ga needle. This is my favorite part about the Ultima-Cyp due to how smooth it draws out of the vial.
The gear is definitely legit, as shown by my bloodwork being unchanged from where it was before.
For me there were zero side effects, but I'm also didn't run a cycle or change my TRT protocol at all with the product. It's been super consistent from my old source. I had some super minor PIP on a couple of injections but I think that's more on me than the product.
I've been on TRT for the past about 5 years, and I tried out Ultima-Cyp 250 for the first time this spring. It's been a fantastic product for me and it's a great substitute to my old source.
I've had such a positive experience with the Ultima-Cyp it gives me confidence in other Ultima products and their quality. Looking forward to future supplies and continued positive benefits from what they sell.
I have tried other esters, my body tolerates the Cyp best. It’s perfect for my TRT. Like others, libido is through the roof and Estrogen is managed best. Gym is constant and no night sweats with other brands
Ultima is the main source I get gear from. This is my 15th bottle of Cyp and have never had any issues or problems. Great quality!
None, smooth and never had any pip. Any pain was due to me screwing up the injection. Even when blasting, I only had to use an AI once, but also was using Deca. As a standalone though no issues
Some of the best Cyp I have used. Main product for my TRT and base for cycles. I will never use another product.

After running Ultima E esters for blast, I wanted to try the Cyp to see my body’s reaction to the different ester. This Cyp is perfect for cruise and TRT doses. Excellent well-being, high libido, maintained gains, very clean and stable while on Ultima Cyp.
Ultima has to be one of the best in the business in my opinion. Everything I have tried from them has been amazing quality, the Cyp is no different. Excellent quality in every aspect.
No PIP whatsoever. I experienced slight water retention, easily managed by single dose of Ultimate Aro(6.75mg). Very slight acne as well but nothing major.
Just finished my first vial of Ultima Cyp 250 on cruise. Excellent compound, very stable, 2 injects per week, little to no sides, no PIP. Clean, solid compound.
This may become my go to cruise Test for TRT. Very pleased with this compound the past couple months on cruise doses. If you are looking for a quality product, Ultima Cyp is at the top of the list with the rest of their product line.

I have been using ultima cyp for about one year now. I get no pip and inject 125mg twice a week. The glass vials are thick and of good quality. Overall I’ve been very happy with ultima products but specifically this one.

As stated, I made good gains using it. I got the usual sides from good test with it, including sensitive nipples and acne.
Although there have been quite a few reviews stating it was bunk or underdosed, I found it to be very effective.
Side effects included nipple sensitivity at about weeks 4-6. PIP was pretty much nonexistent. The only soreness I got from the injection was minimal and probably user error.
Overall, Ultima Test Cyp worked as intended. I made some strong gains from running it for a cycle. There was little to no PIP. I was worried from all the negative comments, but I recieved good, quality gear.

+ 21629 total test on 500mgs? Terribly under dosed. My 180mg a week trt dose produces higher total T.
None. not using any of the remaining vials I have. Don't waste your money.
None, becasue there is almost no test in the injections.
I have been taking 500 mgs a week for the past 6 weeks and my blood results came back at 1629.
Late last year I used another UGL at 400mg a week and was at 4949 after 6 weeks.
Don't waste your money on Ultima
There are other people who have had questionable blood results with other batch numbers.

+ 2I started using it at my prescribed trt dose and noticed absolutely no difference between it and my prescription that comes from the compounding pharmacy in terms of effects. I have just as much energy, sex drive as well as goal oriented drive between the 2. The only difference is that i need slightly less oil with the Ultima as it's 250mg vs 200mg from the pharmacy.
It is what it says it is and i've got the blood work to prove it. I chose this brand because of the recommendation of the vendor i was dealing with. I asked for if there was a preferred brand between 2 or 3 different brands they offered and this is the one they said was the most popular. I can understand why it's so popular now. Good price point and performs as you'd expect.
Absolutely no side effects or PIP from using this product.
Just a quick write up on my experience with Ultima Test C 250 I picked up from pmroids that i've been using for about 2 months now. I have been quite pleased with this product over all and would def recommend it to someone who was considering it.
I've since upped the dosage and added a couple other compounds i already had in my possession. Below i'll link to the pic of my bloodwork done after about 4 weeks running my typical 150mg/wk dose. In another few weeks i'll get some more bloodwork done to see how it performs at the higher dosage with the added compounds and will post something else up once I have the test results in hand.
