+ 6 Lunchtime 12oz Rib Eye steak with radish and fries & peppered sauce

Out for lunch with the missus and opted for the 12oz rib eye steak with radish and peppered sauce. Steak was proper tender and med rare.
Cocktail is for the missus of course. I opted for a Guinness.
Calories counted was roughly coming out at just over 1000 given this is lunch I’m happy with that.
Tonight dinner is gonna be pork chops mushy peas and potatoes. I will of course share on here lol.
Pork chops are going to be garlic and herb.

That’s sounds beautiful!! How long and what way do you cook your pork chops. I was gonna have mine last night but gonna have it tonight. I love them juicy. Can they bed done like a med rare also? Hate my meat chewy. Wouldn’t mind some tips from uou brother.
I pan seared them in the Montreal steak seasoning each side in its own fat for five mins and turned flame to mad low for the next couple with the lid on, def didn’t overcook but raw lamb on the bone is gonna be chewy.
I like my red meat rare but in this case like a pot roast it must be cooked med-well
