What to add ? - anavar , masteron or Tren :))

I’m on 550 mg test c and 600mg primo. looking good so far, food on point. But I would like to get a little leaner and bigger.

Im thinking of upping primo to 700mg and adding Anavar in
Or
Adding masteron to cycle
Or
Adding tren - but would like to achieve minimal side effects so would probably take a low dose.

What do you guys thing ?

PEDs aren’t what make you look good my man. Your effort, consistency and discipline in terms of training intensity, program planning & caloric/nutrient intake are what get you there. And it takes time. Years in fact. And health really is pretty crucial to how you’ll look if you wanna look good for more than a minute or two.

Var won’t add much size and may contribute to some caloric burn, mast is similar (speaking in broad terms) & tren is its own thing. I’m fairly certain you’re not in a place to be running tren. Most people aren’t. I know it’s not sexy, but food and consistent hard work with a bit of intelligence sprinkled in there is the path

Yeah call me crazy. But instead of lowering my calories im trying to maximize food and use cardio as a tool to shredding without losing to much little muscle i have @Rosschestzip

Ya I want to try something and I haven’t been able to really try it yet just because I haven’t been able to increase my calories enough. But I think if you eat a massive amount of calories AND do tons of cardio, you could grow bigger and leaner then eating less calories without the cardio. Which I know isn’t revolutionary or anything but I’m think you could absorb the nutrients from that food and burn off the extra and even get some of those nutrients from the food your burning. Where as some guys on a bulk don’t want to do cardio cus they don’t want to burn extra calories but if you had the appetite and could increase the calories more than you burn I think it would be very beneficial. Like eating 6,000 calories and burning 1,000with cardio = 5,000, where as guys will just eat the 5,000 instead but I think those 5,000 calories from the first example are “better” then the no cardio 5,000 calories. If that makes sense. And I don’t mean for cardiovascular benefits, which it is good for, but I mean in terms of muscle growth, I feel it would be more beneficial.

It would be like doing the cardio then going home an eat and the body absorbs it lime a sponge.
But my ass cant do that much cardio
It took me a month of 15 minutes of may to hit 20 minutes for june. But i have done it every gym day
Until i bump it up to 25-30
But to be honest i dont think are bodies absorb the type of calories you guys are eating UNLESS you bring in something we cant talk about here.
No matter what digestive enzymes and whole pineapples we yake

I’m not disagreeing but if that’s so, then how come guys eating like that aren’t very fat, do you think it’s so many calories you don’t even store it either, just shit it out and get zero benefit?

10iu of growth or more helps that beef stu guys says thats what he runs year round and he is up and coming and eats your 5,000 calories off season. I think its stored in the stomach belly and lower back fat And takes hours of cardio to lose it
But Anything is possible and worth trying if you put your whole 100% into it.

Yeah the gh is going to help, some guys run thyroid in the offseason and gh is going to increase that a good bit especially with added t4.

It’s individual specific, some guys will just burn through muscle on thyroid but it has the potential to mean more muscle if calories are high enough.

There’s also health to consider, an offseason with lots of cardio is going to keep you “healthier” have better digestion and better blood work which should result in better growth.

@wanted @simonmagus84 it's funny you guys mention this because I started doing something very similar and I was never a cardio guy but it's needed for the heart no doubt.

I think you’re in a favorable climate if im not mistaken so take advantage of that and do your cardio outdoors. I’m in an area where there’s shitty weather. I mainly run for positive mental sides.

Well I was just going to mention the mental part. I feel more rested at night and can sleep way better, also mentally it's good for you. I can tell a difference. So a benefit to heart and brain as well

Yeah, lol, that was a magic compound question. “What can I add to make me leaner and bigger?” That answer can be found in the diet and training department. Although, I can’t offer any assistance. I’ve lost 10 pounds and zero percent body fat so far on my cut.

Doing bloods next week - been on test and primo for 6 weeks now. Right now im at 95kg with not much fat on abs coming through.

Bro you’re only 6 weeks in, I don’t believe you should be adding anything in at this point. This mindset of elevating dosage and/or adding more compounds when you haven’t even broken the surface of what you’re currently running is dangerous and honestly it’s irresponsible. Instant gratification is not the name of the game. Hard work, diet, dedication and consistency is gonna take you where you want to be.

masteron won't give you any more size, tren defeats the purpose of running primo, var may be the best choice for adding some lean hard mass.
