Help with my hair loss. Fin no help!

So I mainly am on trt now I will occasional do a small cycle in the summer. Last year I tried 1 mg of fin. Did that for 3 months and all seemed ok. Decided to see if I could do a lower dose of .5mg and started shedding. Stayed on that for about 4 months and then dropped it because I feel like my hair looked worse.
Took a month off and decided to try 1 mg the whole time now. Did that for a out 4 months and my hair has been shedding like crazy. Finding hairs all over my house. Again hair looked worse so I just dropped it the last couple weeks.
Now wondering what the next move is. Should I try the fin again? Dut? Was looking at RU but the sides and cardiovascular risks scare me.
Any help?

Be careful with the finasteride bro. It's a rare side effect but it's very known to cause extreme long term sexual dysfunction.

Finasteride and minoxidil combined bro it starts the shedding process for the first 6 months but stick with it and it 100% works I swear by the stuff! My hair has never been better and it was taking an absoloute beating about 18 months ago. I actually went to the barbers last week and he said how good and how strong my hair has gotten in the last 6 months and that's also while I'm currently running 600 test and 400 tren! Do not be put off by the shedding it's shit at the time but just stick with it! Also make sure your stocked up on biotin and zinc!!
Thanks man do you notice the lower dht hinders gains in the gym. I feel like I gave it a year and I do see some people saying it can make hair worse so it sketches me out a bit. I might hop back on it and given one more try and take it consecutively. You use ru at all?

No different in look or performance for me mate. I have never run ru strictly just minoxidil and finasteride with high amounts of biotin and zinc. A friend of mine goes for prp injections and has said it done him wonders but I have been fine with the bits stated above! I hope all works well my man! As I said don't stress about the shedding it's just gettinf rid of the dead follicles give it time and it will grow back better and thicker than ever! It's a long game don't expect drastic changes within 6 months. As I said im 18 months in and couldn't be happier but make sure you stay consistent with it
You also need to make sure your doing this regularly no days off taken at the same time. I normally take mine with my last meal of the day every evening with 7 sprays of the minoxidil
I started losing my head hair at 23. Totally bald by 25. Probably from mpb in my family and using steroids early. My brother is years older than me, still has his hair at age 50. He's been using finasteride for 30 years.
Are you on any compounds? I'm probably incorrect but I thought I remembered reading about finasteride not being a wise thing to take if you're running certain compounds. It may have been dht compounds... I don't remember.

I use Kirkland 5% minoxidil and it works well for me. I have about 90% of my hair and more keeps coming in. I've used RU58841 and it didn't work for me. I used to use Lion Mouhatsuryoku INNOVATE and ZZ but that stopped working about a year and a half ago. I used Fin for about 6 months and didn't notice any benefit. I stopped taking it because you're not supposed to take Fin if you donate blood. I would stop taking it a month before donating blood. I have a Dr. Pen Ultima M8 Pen and I've microneedled a few times. I'm 57 and my hair is still 99% brown. I have a few gray hairs.

If I was more consistent with the minoxidil, It would probably all be back by now. I have been consistent for the last 4 months or so. I stopped taking it for about a month and when I noticed it was falling out, I started back up. I went through another shed. That sucked. I've been sticking with it. I don't use the dropper. I put the minoxidil in an empty RU58841 spray bottle. I spray on more than the 1ml dropper, but I've only been using it once a day. I should do the twice a day but I can see it's still coming in, so fuck it.

Round the sides and back its still full thickness - on top though there is stubble and probably 30% hair follicules LOL Resembles a toilet seat bro! So yes there is still hair growth on top but just not thick like the sides as such

Shine a light on your head. It makes it easier to see the fine blonde hairs. It sounds like minoxidil will work for you. Be forewarned, the minoxidil speeds up the hair growth cycle and the weak hairs will fall out/shed. You'll probably freak out. Lol. Buzz your hair off and keep using the minoxidil twice a day. The other methods 87 mentioned below also work for a lot of people. I would add them on top of the minoxidil usage if you wanted to.

It took about 4 days for most of the hair on the top of my head to fall out. The hair on the sides and back didn't fall out. I buzzed it off and held on for the ride. It has worked out well.

One if your genetically prone no matter what you do you will go bald. Being on TRT will speed it up. A cousin of mine had hair but had low test so went on TRT and started shedding so much more. Your mistake is going off the fin once you go off it will shed more quickly and then you went on it again it made you shed more which sometimes happens but it will eventually stop and could grow back. You can try Rogaine or you could try it in the oral form which can reverse hair loss but isn't prescribed that much.
Only way to get hair back is to get hair transplant. Or get a hair system.
Yea most likely will get a hair transplant in the end but need to stabilize what I have left first. It's weird I feel like I'm shedding less being off fin so not sure if I should go back on.
