Came on here hoping this wasn’t the case. But now that the stupidity is at a level that repeat regular customers as in yourself or myself are getting annoyed to the point of ordering elsewhere I’m sincerely disappointed. I’ve only ordered from this source for a long time. I would wait and wait. Seizure after seizure. Excuse after excuse. To the point of getting super duper extra special discreet to get it through. With no freebies of course even though those freebies and the quality were the major perks of ordering from here. I’d order deal with shit on their end. Make excuses to other customers that are potentially getting screwed. Just reassuring them about having patience with this source. But it would come through. It always came through. Now I’m back to square one again. Just disappointed I guess
Without going into details I only ever order super duper extra special discreet. They do it well and if going international I’d rather be safe than sorry.

Not even close to what I ordered, I read you wanted an unpacking video for broken vials, well my vials weren't broken so I didn't record it. But your customer service sure does seem to be shut down. Also $46 in crypto is missing from my balance on your website. I had the good thinking to screen shot everything. I absolutely hate to air this crap out like this, but you're one of the largest names in the business and taking advantage of people as you have been needs to stop. You blasted up all these test reports to hide all the negative feed back you were getting so I know i'm not alone in this.....Respond to me frank and Hopefully here on eroids for the community to see.

I think you may be right but it is confusing as heck with how its shown on their website. The wrong products would normally be a minor irritation but them saying im S.O.L for not recording the opening of pack is where I get upset

One thing I've noticed is that the suppliers that want a unboxing video, are the ones that consistently fuck up orders. And I think my point has been proven here. If he buries this with new test reports, I would post again up top if it doesn't get settled.
I hope it doesn't come to that. This place and Pcom used to be the number one brand and place to shop. Not sure what happened exactly but they've definitely lost all that it seems. I read back a year on their page and it's problem after problem. Just wish I would've read it all before making the order.
