How to understand if it's time to take AI

ad

Hello everyone and thank you first of all for the future answers to my question.

I started my first cycle about 3 weeks ago, precisely on 19/11 (this is the link where I asked for opinions and you kindly gave me a hand: https://www.eroids.com/forums/steroids-qa/steroid-cycles/my-first-cycle-6) so I entered the third week

Everything is going well: weight tends to increase, strength and performance follow this trend.

At week 5/6 I will have blood tests checking E2, Total Test and Free to make a pre-cycle comparison and make the appropriate changes.
In this regard of these changes, in particular of the AI, I have read many threads on when to take them even before the tests if the symptoms are serious (especially on the nipples), but I wanted to know from you what are the main symptoms of high estrogen that have affected you made the decision to hire an AI before the analysis response.
I read that initially you should start from the minimum intake of AI and then subsequently increase if that minimum quantity does not produce the effects.

At the moment I have Anastranzolo available waiting for Aromasin to arrive.
For Aromasin as soon as it arrives (I think within the 5th week of the text) I would start with 12.5mg E3D and then increase to 25mg EOD if necessary.
For Arimidex I would start (if I were to have symptoms) 0.25MG E3D.
Are you saying that it could be used as an initial method?

What are your experiences and signals that made you want to start using an AI? and for how long?
Thanks again!

EDIT: inserted link of the thread of the first cycle

it is best to be proactive than reactive. Just about everybody needs some AI with 500mg of test so assume you are in that majority until proven otherwise. Get started on that AI and confirm dosage with bloodwork. It will be impossible to crash your estro within a week or so with that low of AI so no need to worry about that but It will be enough to prevent high estro sides which would put you in a world of hurt. Bloods will let you know if you have to adjust up or down a little bit. I find it silly now for people to wait for high estro sides to show up before taking an AI, when it could have easily been prevented in the first place. Taking that AI for a week or two before bloodwork is just cheap insurance against high estro making you miserable. If bloodwork says you don't need it then just drop it, no harm done.

Hi Makwa and thanks for replying and chiming in. It's true what he says, in these cases "prevention is better than cure" especially when it comes to avoiding high estrus values that compromise daily life.
I can say that I absorbed this beautiful post of yours about a week ago and thanks to you I made the decision to start with a quantity of Adex 0.25mg E3.5D (so as to fight with the test) starting from week 4 .
Then after 2 weeks, blood tests and from there I evaluate based on the results whether E2 is high or low and in that case increase or decrease the dose.
As always, I won't stop thanking you.

Sore nipples and a steep decline in sex drive is what i've encountered. Holding a bunch of water/bloating is another one people bring up frequently.

Maybe i should clarify. Going form wanting to stick it in every half way decent girl I see to thinking "I guess I could go for sex" when my gf initiates is a pretty solid sign.

I've never gotten to the point where things don't work.

Nah me neither but I've had friends that have told me this.

I'm pretty sure I've had nightmares about my dick not working before. That sounds like hell on earth.
