What’s the fastest way to grow?
ad
Hi guys,
I’m looking to get back into the swing of things. I’m thinking about training everything twice a week. Not sure if training everything 3 times a week is superior or doable. I think from what I’ve read once a week isn’t enough. What do you guys think?

Take a look at fortitude training, might be something for you.
Teddyweights32Thank you
I’d say three times a week is overkill, especially when just getting back in. Look into Mike Mentzer & Dorian Yates training styles. You only grow when you rest and it seems the more current data I dig through, the more it seems many people are constantly overtraining; too many sets a workout, too many sessions a week, poorly designed splits. Also, be wary of training programs advertising specific outcomes - that’s nonsense. No one can know how you’ll respond to a program before you undertake it. Lastly, I would suggest that intensity is the key component for growth. Low volume, high volume, PPL, etc will all pull results with the appropriate intensity. Good luck on your journey my man

Stretch, Stretch, Stretch, Eat clean, Rest.

MoonlightTraining everything twice a week is a great way to get back into the swing of things. It's important to make sure you're giving your body enough rest between workouts to allow for proper recovery. Training everything three times a week can be beneficial, but it's important to make sure you're not overtraining. It's also important to make sure you're eating a balanced diet and getting enough rest to support your training goals.

OpenheartWhen it comes to training frequency, hitting each muscle group twice a week is a solid approach for bodybuilding. It allows for enough stimulus and recovery time to promote muscle growth and strength gains. Training each muscle group once a week might not provide enough stimulation to maximize your gains, especially if you're looking to make significant progress.
Now, some advanced bodybuilders might prefer training each muscle group three times a week to really push their limits and target specific weak areas. This higher frequency can be effective for certain individuals who have the capacity and experience to handle it. However, it's important to balance it properly to avoid overtraining and injury.
Teddyweights32I found a workout plan advertising 2-3lbs muscle a week with a 4 day split. Training that twice a week would even increase that?
Don't believe it
Teddyweights32Sounded too good
Eat, sleep, rest, train and repeat.
if you look on my forums I posted up a good high volume practically 16 day split implemented by my coach. Its alot of volume but im growing from it. Its kind of an upper, lower, push, pull, legs, and bro split all in one if your looking for ideas but what works for me may not work for you......... if you can put up some info your bound to get some solid feedback.
It all depends on your diet and training mate. If you can post up your stats, current macros (if you track them) activity levels, how long you have been training and drug usage if your on cycle we should be able to point you in the right direction

SwaveyDYour question is vague. But I’ll assume you eat enough and just want pure size. Assuming your side free and just want specific compounds- deca, test and dbol.
However, if this is your first cycle I would suggest doing none of those and tiering up on test only (pick which kind works best for your schedule)
As far as training, stay consistent and do a typical bro split. But as I’m sure others are going to tell you, if you’re not at a low-ish body fat percentage, haven’t been training consistently or don’t eat…. Stay away from PEDs
