I try to incluted cardio before starting for D1 3 4 and 5 with 20 mins bike and when i have the possibility running outside, but actually it's bike.

About diet :

Morning 5-6AM 50-80g oats + 40g whey (or 4 white eggs) + 3g fish oil + 1 banana & 2 kiwi (if i need 200mg magnesium) 30g oleaginous

Morning 10AM 40g whey + 1 banana (for glucide + potassium)

Midday 01PM 200g white turkey + 100g rice + mix of legums around 400g (green beans broccoli zucchini yellow pepper and cherry tomatoes) olive oil 10-20g

Afternoon 4PM 60g syrup glucose + 14g BCAA's (7g leucine, isoleucine 3.5g, valine 3.5g) + 5g CreaPure+ 10g electrolyte+ 800ml water + 40ml lemone juice

Evening 7PM : Fish 100g ( mackerel or sardinia or cod) + mix of legums + olive oil.

Evening 10-11PM Milk protein (80% casein 20% whey) 50g + milk 1/2 600ml + 1 egg yolk organic rich Omega + 30mg Zinc + 200mg magnesium.

The pump on the biceps are insane, it's like the muscle burn, and the veins are very congested. After the training i sat in the locker room and ate a banana, I'm thinking of taking a shake with carbohydrates + BCAA's to take directly after training (before I took it during training).

In 3 days i have my blood work, i'm little bit stressed about liver and lipids because i take Proviron (some study indicate a elevation of transaminases and the elevation of LDL with this compound, some people have stoped proviron for this reason).
I realized, before starting this cycle, i used UG TRT Enanthate + Masteron DiPropionate and my hair and nails grow much faster.

The vascularity / pump effect are insane the congestion are crazy, i think 100MCG of IGF-1LR3 are really a good dose, sad because it's my last week ( normally the protocol are 4 week only and i'm on the 6nd weekn i dont realized ... followed by rHGH with the same time 4 weeks ) I love IGF-1LR3 , but my belly became swollen, i had had the same side effect with pharmaceutical grade igf-1.

Another point, I really feel the effect on the lower limbs but also on the stomach (the abs that stand out when I contract)

When i up the dose of the IGF-1 LR3 from 75 to 100mcg the vascularization is very impressive, I had a lot of comments about the changes in the gym it's like " hey bro do you use tren ? " lol .. I love IGF-1 LR3 100mcg are really a good spot i have more energy mental and physical, but .... I feel like my stomach is a little swollen.
I'm not a big fan of photos but I'll try to do some in a few weeks.

To be honest the weather coming very hot here more than 28° sometime, so i think continued the cycle all the month and save my product for the next winter, and continued with Primo + Test (Maybe Isocaproate) and maybe anavar and rHGH (because i used IGF-1 LR3) with the same lab, i contacted the seller and indicating my budget.

I feel an improvement in well-being, when i up the dose from 25 to 50MG of Proviron daily, i started the cycle with a low testosterone level, so it's not easy to know from what compound come this effect, it's like a zen attitude, less stressed too. My skin are always oily i have sometime a little acne on the body (arms, shoulders, pecs..) but the skin look hydrated, i stoped the Iron so i'm little bit pale
(I have always been deficient in iron since my childhood despite having a good intake of red meat and lentills or other things rich in iron, and i think some steroid don't help this value like Nandrolone Deca)

I think a lot i have a better activity-cognitive, if all is well next week i have a training to check this value (cardio boxe) to also work on coordination, endurance, agility...

Today 30 May, I had a medical consultation and my doctor has not seen me since the beginning of the cycle .... and i had only complaints:
Have you restart the sport?
Because you have to do too much... your arms are full of very congested veins .... You eat too much protein .... :-/

My body weight are actually at 96kg (weigh in around noon / midday but i haven't eaten all morning on purpose for the weigh-in)

Well next monday 5 Jun i plan a full blood work at morning early and at evening the 7nd week of the cycle.

The first impression between Euro-Pharmacies Sustanon and Aspen Sustanon are the difference of the oil, EP oil are more liquid like MCT and Aspen are more thicker like peanut oil.
My feeling are EP Sustanon is assimilated more quickly and if injecte very slowly the oil are painless ( Aspen Sustanon are quite painful and after 3 days the pain is still present with the oil ).

It's the same thing with Organon Nandrolone Decanoate 50/100mg amp vs EP Nandrolone Decanoate 250mg, Organon are more sticky

Vet Nandrolone Phenylproprionate 50mg (i dont remember the name of the lab) vs EP Nandrolone P : I see no difference

Bayer Proviron 25mg vs EP Mesterolone 25mg i was about 10 years younger when i tried Bayer Proviron , today i need 25mg x2 to have a good effect.

Incre IGF-1 vs EP IGF-1LR3 : No hypoglycemia effect, no excessive water retention, i have some good effect but i'm not sure if that's come from IGF-1 LR3 in need more time to give a feedback.

AstraZeneca Arimidex 1mg vs EP Arimidex : i used Astra in the past but with more andro (TestE+Anadrol) 0,25 and up to 0,50mg to have the right effect / blood work, actually i have therapy dose so EP 0,25mg work wonderfully twice week with 250mg/W EP SUSTA (it's why that's very important to start a little dose and see how we react with this type of compound)

At the beginning of the cycle i was demotivated, i had no more physical and mental energy with an endocrine balance that indicated severe hypogonadism, with a decrease in cognitive / memory activity, decreased libido, some difficulty to sleeping well, loss of appetite, multiple deficiencies (magnesium, iron, potassium, etc.)

I always have a kind of apprehension in everyday life, sometimes everyday things make me very stressed, but this symptom gets better over time (maybe an side effect of hypogonadism)

Today I find a little positivity, I regain my appetite and take pleasure to eat (but sometimes this effect comes back) I think I will still need time to find an overall balance.

The sensations at the skeletal / muscle tell me that i still need more time to add some weight.

Overall my skin has become more oily (before I had very dry skin) the beard grows much faster body hair too, the quality of the skin are more sweet, i notice a better muscular definition, the vascularity which is also more important and at training the pump are more improved (i love this feeling).

I had to see Monday for a new gym but I had an unexpected, by the end of the month I could take the subscription.

About blood work, i plan surely next monday a full to check all the value ( Monday 29 morning so after 7 days of the injection of Sustanon ) or it's better to wait more week ?

I was able to buy food, here are the ingredients put in the basket:

I droped the Arimidex to 0.25mg twice a week.
Normally i check the body weight next week.

Monday 22 i start the 5 week of the cycle, i'm not sure if it's a great idea to send a blood work to check the endocrin value / liver /

I need to check the hematocrit next week, so maybe take the opportunity to add other values (test, estradiol, transaminases, lipids...)

I had to leave for a few days normally i'm back during the week of 22.05 (in 4 days).
About food it's military pack ( freeze-dried food with legums / Meat/ Fish / Fruits ) and i have rations with in the end of the day around 1800 calories.

I notice a better skin (i'm not sure if it's the Sustanon or Deca) the vascularity are still improved but when i eat well it's always better (surely the effect of the carb or protein).
Psychologically i'm starting to feel some changes, i'm more positive (which is not the case when i stay long with low testosterone level) I feel more motivated to accomplish daily tasks.

About sleeping, at the morning i feel more "fresh" and my watch indicate a better "deep sleep" from 12mins to 38mins and recently i have this value to 48-50 mins.

I think some effect of test (with Sustanon so short and long ester) coming quickly and another effects need some time, when the level of free test are more heahtly we need to be stabilized as long as possible to feel these effects.

About IGF-LR3, at 50mcg i feel no effect, after one week, the same for the second week, and on the 3nd week at 75MCG daily i have a little effect as if it was acting on recovery (that's maybe help for a better sleep?!) but I don't feel hypoglycemia like with the IGF-1 pharma grade. I wait the last week to run at 100mcg and see if i have a difference stacked with training.

Sorry from 03 to today 08 I had to leave my city for a few days (not a very positive story, so we will skip the details).
I was able to take the doses of IGF-1 LR3 in a refrigerated bag with hard-boiled eggs, cottage cheese and sardinia/tuna, i eating with 3 rations / days, no complement ( i take in box pill proviron 1 morning / all days)

I'm a little tired of the change of 4 train lines (big lines and city lines) It's a little late, I'm going to take a shower and try to made myself a meal (basmati rice 100g, spring rolls with prawns and vegetables, Williams pear and total milk protein 50G + 1 NexGen Pro + 30mg Zinc)

Hello,
First injection on day OFF training 50mcg and i waiting 30 mins to take shake whey and other things.

To be honest it's to short to say.
In one week i give a review for the first feeling.

If i compare with my old Turnovital IGF-1 from Hygene.cn version (same for hygetropin) i don't have the hypoglycemia feeling, my skin does not turn to pale lol and i dont have the famous water retention with EP ....

Now i want to see if i see a difference at training :-)

Wait and see ... But actually all is ok no side effect with like my old Turnovital (,it's like taking insulin lol)

I give a uptad next monday about IGF-1 LR3 not easy to find a good stuff (^_^)

Sorry for the delay.
Well i used the real IGF-1 pharma grade in the past ... and if i compare with turbovital for exemple, i don't have the excessive water retention, no hypo, my face don't become pale no water retention (in high or low %) , the veines are full, the pump are incredible. but i used in total around 10mg, i offered the rest to friend / contact.

It's VERY VERY expensive, it's why i give a try with LR3 from EP, but i tried other lab around 3/4 times before and the results / effects are not the same (like i take nothing)

I have a strange effect with a real LR3 (like i used around 10/15 years ago from USA) with the effect like, better pump / vascularity, energy body/mind, dont look like a baloon of water etc ... if i mix the LR3 with TRT / Primo 100/200mg/week i have the feeling of recovery on testicles (size come back to normal) i'm not sure if that's coming from IGF-1, but everytime when i take a good quality IGF-1 i have this effect, and i think a lot that"s impact the sperm quality / maybe sperm count.

EP give a test of some batch with HPLC incluted AAS / Peptides.
For helping i indicated my batch number of each product (i realized i miss the serial / batch of IGF-1)
