Probably a few simple questions about blood work test, but just want to ask...

ad

Hey everyone. I've not ran a cycle yet, as I was working on my diet, and everything else first. I am getting my baseline bloodwork done tomorrow and have a stupid question and maybe I am over thinking it. It says to fast for 12-14 hours except for water, and that its ok to drink water. My question is, does this mean I can drink as much water as I want, or should try to limit even how much water I take in? I initially thought it was supposed to be no food/water, nothing, but the instructions said except water, so I just want to double check is all. Or can drinking a lot of water throughout the day affect the test at all? or is it negligable? Also, I usually work out between 11-1pm, but the blood test is at 3pm, should I wait to workout until after the blood test? Also, I take a daily medication throughout the day, but it has nothing to do with Testosterone, or anything like that. Should I take it like normal, since I take it everyday anyways?

Also, am I right in thinking this test is good enough for a baseline? Would this also work for PCT follow up to check levels?

Should I stick to this test, or can I get the cheaper, less info test for follow ups?

Thanks for any info.

Well I want to add in what the Nurse or Phlebotomus said, incase anyone else had these questions. She obvioulsy stated that Water was fine, however, my other questions regarding pre working out drink, should be a hard no. Also, my daily medication is fine, as well. She also advised that I should try and not workout prior to having my. Hope this helps anyone else that had these questions. I'm trying to learn like the rest of us. If they were dumb questions, then I do apologize.

Stay hydrated, workout when you normally do and take your meds like you are supposed to.

Might jack your BP up or screw up glucose if full of sugar.
