Deus Medical Semaglutide 5mg
Ordered this to try it out after hearing a lot about this drug lately. I wasn't expecting much to be honest just wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I've always been able to diet down and get lean but struggled staying lean long term because as soon as my abs start coming out I get ravenously hungry, and it simply doesn't go away until I put some weight back on.
I have to say this really surprised me, it does what it says on the box - drastically suppressed my appetite. I started low at 250mcg once a week and the effect was noticeable overnight, cravings just gone, I felt full very quickly while eating to the point of a very slight feeling of nausea after meals. My body did get used to it and hunger started coming back after a couple of weeks, so I upped the dose to 500mcg and then kept it at that, seemed to stabilize at a nice happy medium there where I still get peckish in the early morning and after workouts but nothing overwhelming, but I can have smaller meals and feel full for hours. I can eat around 2500-3000 calories comfortably which is spot on, normaly I'd be really hungry all day with anything less than 3500, even at 4000 I could always still go for dessert! This thing really is a game changer for me, I'm going to stock up on it and don't plan on ever coming off again except for bulking. Best fat loss drug ever bar none.
Great customer service from OS, the cost of the product was actually slightly over the promo amount, I asked if I could pay the difference and they offered to cover it as part of the promo, really great attitude they didn't have to do that
Arrived in a couple of weeks in a tiny sealed package, very discreet and safely packed

Everything was packaged very discreetly, and it arrived faster than I initially thought. I used these products to build more muscle mass, which worked very well. I have now gained almost 10 kilograms in weight within 8 weeks. I did not experience any noticeable side effects, except possibly for some acne, which could also have been due to a dietary change. + 2Everything from ordering to the deals going on ran smooth. Order was all Ultima brand Deca250, testE400, anavar50, dbol25, Nolva, Proviron, hcg and clomid. Orals were fine, but when I actually pinned I grew a lump in the injection area. After rotating injections I found out it was the TestE400, I thought maybe it was just that vial, so I switched to the other vial of 400. But same thing, a huge solid painful lump at injection site. However, Deca was fine and smooth with no pip. The testE 400 just killed me, I even had to switch brands to finish my cycle. Could be too high of a concentration for me for this brand or maybe it was just a bad batch for Ultima?
TestE400
Terrible pip/injection, caused giant hard lump at injection point which also became super sensitive for the next week. Had to switch brands to continue the cycle(only thin I switched). Just too painful to continue for me, again might be the concentration, but I know it was real due to blood tests as well.
Deca 250
No pip, smooth injection, and could tell it was legitimate product due to size and strength gains. Also held a lot more water, so all the normal mild sides showed up
Dbol25
Definitely legitimate product. Had it in my cycle for 5 weeks, first 3 weeks were 25mg/day last 2 weeks were 50mg/day. Super full look, and it couldn’t have been the Deca due to it being early in the cycle, so I know the Dbol was working, plus crazy rapid strength gains.
Anavar 50
Took this in the final 6 weeks of my cycle training days only. Strength shot up to the point where it was hard to hide I was running something. Another indication it was legitimate to me was the cramps, I started supplementing taurine for them and they got better, but those Anavar cramps are something else
Nolva
About week 9-10 of Deca I started to get some sensitive nips, started taking 10mg Nolva daily and that went away almost immediately.
Proviron/clomid/HCG
Pct worked amazingly, grapes swelled back to normal size, and felt great, plus I kept most of my gains from the cycle.
I did have my bloods ran, however I was on the new test brand I ordered for 2 weeks to that point. So take that for what you can, everything else was Ultima.
Shipping was on time and packaged discreet, no complaints from me.
Took the full three weeks as expected, but I did order international, so I understood that I would have to wait slightly longer than usual from the beginning.
For the quality of product I received, I would say they are priced perfectly if not under priced for the quality that is in their products.

+ 1Good products, Nakon 250 Test E. Also ordered an AI but never needed it. Arrived within a month or so. Ran 500mg/week for 16 weeks split EoD. No sides until about week 12-13, then some mild acne started appearing. Would order from OS and use Nakon again. Bloodwork looked solid throughout.
Bloodwork was good. products definitely worked. Minor PIP everytime, but could just be the carrier oil. Put on about 15lbs over 16 weeks, with a lot of it being muscle mass.
Order showed up fairly quickly, one message to customer service was answered promptly. No complaints here.
Discrete, quick shipping for international, well packaged.

Ultima-1-Test Cyp - This was my first time using this product and while I experienced some harsh PIP, it still did its job. Fortunately I did not experience any negative side effects that I was warned about such as insomnia and mood swings. Sex drive, mood and energy were all there. I would definitely cycle this product again from Ultima.
Ultima-Primo 100 - Primo is one of my top 5 PEDS and can say Ultimas is the real deal! Muscles were hard, vascular, and always looked dry in the gym. Strength also improved as With the proper diet, low water weight, this will make you pop. Next time I will try the Primo200. All in all I say I gained around 8 lbs of weight running these 2 compounds with test.
Very satisfied and no issues at all. The reps were always polite and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Service is very important to me again, as it gives me that nice piece of mind.
Quick turn around time in my opinion. Goods came very discreetly and safely. The pack probably took around 17 working days to get to me. Very pleased since I live in the middle of nowhere.

As for the means, I am very positively surprised oil quality is very good I had no pain after the injection I mainly use these two agents Sustanon and the prop/masteron/tren mix because I like the mixes the most They work best for me, even on longer cycles I've run. I'm losing weight fast, the water is flying and muscle hardness is great And I use long esters only as a main base the rest are short esters
the service itself by the store is very good no problem, everything is done quickly. If you don't know something, they will advise and guide you I was really pleased unreservedly.
the delivery of the goods was fast and without problems every time package very well packed and well hidden there were no problems with customs clearance.

+ 1My overall experience was very good. My order was placed and I did not have a need to communicate until my product was received to let them know I got it. My cycle was great. It was test and turinabol from OS and Deca and Arimidex from others. I honestly have been trying to come up with a negative but I cannot. I have no complaints.
I ordered 3 vials of Ultima test e 250. And 100 tabs Ultima Turinabol. The pills were packed in very professional looking blister packs. The vials came in boxes with the Ultima validation codes on the and they checked out on Ultimas site. The caps on the vials were tight and the sealed well. I had no issues here. Both products worked very well. I started both on the same day. I dosed 250 mg of test every 84 hrs and 20mg t bol in the am and 20 in the pm. Within 4 days of starting I can say for certain that I felt the effects of the t bol. My pumps were fantastic and I felt very "juicy" for lack of a better word. My strength was beginning to creep up and just had an overall good feeling. Even my fingers felt thick. I used the test in conjunction with nandrolone that I got from another source along with pharma Arimidex throughout the cycle, I was extraordinarily horny which to me is a marker of good test. I adjusted my adex several times because at times I would feel oily or my nipples would get slightly more sensitive than they should have been. I had minimal pip. The little bit I did have I believe was because i injected the products to quickly. This was not a strength cycle for me so I did not ever check my 1rm on anything but I was doing 15 - 20 reps ×5 with no issues. I would finish every set ready for more and being as old as I am was pretty freaking awesome! I started this cycle at 225, blew up to 242 and when all was said and done I sat at 227 but much more vascular and lean. Even running the compounds I did the veins across my chest are popping!
Had no issues, if memory serves it took about 4 weeks to arrive. I just sat back and waited. I had no reason to contact OS through this process.
T/A was fine. Around 4 weeks. Packaging was top notch. Without giving too much details it was very professional, the possibility of damage from the elements or poor handling was minimal.
I am very satisfied with OS, this was not my first time receiving products from them and will not be the last.

+ 2just done the blood tests, all the values are in the normal range. I had an excellent cycle and it can be seen that all the products were original I have not had any kind of problem. I recommend osgear to everyone.
Payment instructions are very clear and easy to follow, and their website updates the progress of your order in real time. No need to email customer service and wait for a response. I've ordered from these guys a couple times. These guys go out of their way to make sure every customer is happy. Once my order was blocked and reported as lost I was contacted and they sent me the same products for free from another warehouse.
