I hate comments like this. It was this crap 15 years ago on idiotic bodybuilding forums that had everyone running 500mg of test minimum. He literally is doing research, asking others who have experience and also done research is a great resource to use.

I work in academia, imagine if a colleague was running a study but didn't bother to ask any of the highly qualified researchers in the room. What an absolute waste.

If you don't have anything useful to add, why not just not reply. Don't put the guy down because he wants to find out about a substance.

Or maybe define exactly what "research" you expect him to do, and then tell him to come back when he has done it.
