2023 Spring / summer prep.

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

I’ve decided to log this prep, as I’ve done years ago but haven’t been here for a while. So many new and younger generation out there just blasting crazy amounts, i wanted to be 100% transparent on my cycle, my food.
I’ll be 34 by the time i start prep at 17 weeks out on Jan 7th(ish)
5’11 and I’ll be 270ish pounds ( will update when i actually start) i plan on being 230-235 pounds on show day.
I’ve been bodybuilding and cycling for 9-10 years, although really competitive competing and cycling for 7-8 years.

Cycle, EVERYTHING that i run and been running is from gorilla king, I’ve been running his stuff for years now but this prep I’m using 100% his gear, why? Don’t have to worry about customs, gear has never failed me and is the best price that i can beat going anywhere else.

Now as competitive bodybuilders know, things can change and will, but this is what i laid out for rough outline so i know around how much shit i need to buy and have on hand.

Training will be 5 days a week, normal bro , chest tri, back bi, off, shoulder, arms, legs. Off.

Diet I’ll update where I’m at once we start.

Again, i wanted to create this ahead of time to also adjust things as time get closer as well, as I’m super ocd about this stuff.
It’s been a while since I’ve posted so please, if i broke the rules please lmk so i can fix it.

Pictures will also be every 2ish weeks to show progression of actual physique.

Little update 2/24/23
Lowest weight last week was 247.5. Got the stomach flu so lost a few extra then rebounded but today i weighed 250lbs. Things are still definitely on track because i plan on being where i want to be a few weeks ahead.

About 2 weeks ago i went to 30mins of cardio 5 days a week, from 20. My carbs from 120g of rice each meal “weight” to 75.. just started switching compounds a week ago or so. Eveythjng will going as planned with the cycle lay out. Only things I’ve been messing around with is peptides, igf-lr3, tb500 ,sr9009 and just added gw0742. I’ll try and get some new pics up soon cause there’s a bit of a difference so far lol

Update 1/28/23
Lower my low day carbs from 150 to 120 and added 15 mins cardio post workout 1/9/23 and adding in 20mcg of clen and t3. Today I’m Lowering carbs again to 100g each meal and adding 5 mins additional to my cardio. On top of that adding small amount of clen and t3. Total 40mcg each
I guess my old scale was messed up cause the bottom rubber pieces were worn out and kept giving me random weights. Got a new scale and my weight wasn’t in the 250s. It was in the 265 range. I’ve dropped down to 255 but jsut had to go out of town for the last time while on prep and decided to not pack 4lbs of meat and 3lbs of rice. So therefore my weight is going to fluctuate for a day or two and be back at a consistent basis.

Ok starting today, i usually like to start my
Preps with a 1-2 weeks buffer, as in i start the dieting to see where I’m at first l, cleaning up diet etc but not on full cycle. I’m starting off with 600mg a week today. I’m training 5 days a week, classic split,
Monday chest tri, Tuesday back bi, Wednesday off, thirsdsys shoulders, Fridays arms , Saturday legs, Sundays off,
No cardio as of right now.

Here is my nutrition that I’ve laid out to start with as well. I forgot to get pics so I’ll do that asap as a before .
Weight was 258.8 this morning. Way under what i thought I’d start at but i was sick last week and I’ve been trying to stay lighter this off-season anyways so i don’t have to diet so hard

Massive cycle for a massive dude! Will you be getting bloods pulled during any of this? Your going to absolutely slay this one bro. I’ve been watching you for a long time and when you set a goal with yourself,I’ve always seen you come out with knowledge and new lean tissue . Please update when you make adjustments,and obviously photos bro. Don’t forget about including your macro intake here. I know it’s going to be high protein, half of that in carb, and tweak the rest to your body. Good luck Mr. cool beans

Ya kinda to some, and some this is a baby cycle lol i will try and get bloods probably 8 weeks in half way through cycle.i appreciate the kinds words, i will have my diet on here as well as i go along with small changes to the cycle as needed.

I edited the cycle just slightly, adding npp for the first bit because i do so well with it.
