+ 3 Becoming Unstoppable ....

ad

This is a Great Training video all about the power of a positive mindset when dealing with things such as Performance related anxiety when going for PR's and the Fear of failure, how we begin to avoid certain tasks because we are focusing on the possible negatives rather than the positive outcome that we are ultimately after. Its by Alexander Bromley who is a renowned powerlifter/strongman and now is a respected programmer and coach. I thought it was a really good watch if you have 20 minutes and want to view things differently when you train.

Great video, I've watched it several times. This generally helps, as I think, to tune in to achieve complex goals.

I was expecting him to turn FEAR in to an acronym like; failure, embarrassment and reckoning.
Good video for guidance. He's definitely read The Game and 4 hour work week.
He is right about one thing, I will be skipping spin class.

I think he's read every single book going when it comes to strength training and mental focus Lol If you have ever watched his other videos he is probably the most focused and intense there is. Watch some of his vids about powerlifting programmes and you will be lost after 2 minutes - he is very good at what he does though. Before I had heard of him and just seen him in his videos I thought he was just some BS'er that obviously didn't do much lifting but he's actually strong AF - very deceptive. This one is a Great one:

Now, after his video, I started searching for the most accurate information about his methodology and how he sees the training process. A very cool guy.

If you have not heard of it before - look up Boostcamp.app which is an app full of powerlifting and fitness/training programmes. He has one on there and they are all Free!!

Wow, that's great, thanks for the advice. It's really very cool.

I mean have you EVER seen a deadlift like that buddy - No carrying on and shouting, no set up at the bottom or bracing, just merely bending down and looking like he's picking up a shopping bag. Its insane no matter how many times you watch it.

I honestly have never seen such a style of performance and I really like it. I want to try the same. So I knew that this place is very useful for me. And he learns well from smart and experienced people.
